Great customer service. They remembered I was looking for a back ordered item and called me when one became available.

The tower fan is very well made and is very effective - so much so we bought a 2nd fan! Customer service was excellent. We were kept informed throughout the whole purchase and delivery was rapid and timely. Thank you for a really great service.

I had a compatibility issue with a carbon recirculation filter and needed assistance to identify the correct part, after some miscommunication with emails not being received, the company were helpful to identify and exchange the unused item for the correct part.

Atlantic always go above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Looking after a small property porfolio, I never know when I'm going to be looking to replace a failed or ageing appliance. I had a question regarding 2 x Quooker filters that arrived ( as they did not fit oir system) but were the only ones available. Got to talk to someone really quickly (under 2 minutes) they suggested I call Quooker as 100% these were the correct filters plus they would call me back in a few hours to see how best to resolve. 2 hours later they called back and confirmed the Head on our quooker system meeded to be changed. Quooker confired this to me in my call to them and replaced my filer head foc. Great job great company to deal with.. highly recommend
