Great things to do. Like good restaurants and waterpark. Also you have 2 pools. Only one closes a bit early. Reception made mistakes with check-in. They gave me wrong information. Also i find it overpriced for the service they give. One room had no mini-bar and the other had a half full mini bar.

Stayed there twice about 4 years ago and went last may for my partners birthday and my 2 year old child so obviously I enjoyed it the first time this time I took my partner and child to share the great experience I had but unfortunately the standards had dropped they wouldn’t let me open mini bar for some reason as they time before they did then apologised then put some money on my credit so I though fair enough next day thought I had some credit so had some food then said add the bill to my room as I have credit but got declined so felt very embarrassed had to go back sort that out and the wait is ok once but had to go again , they apologised again . The next day my family come to see me to take me out so he come up to my room for a bit and it was Ramadan time so we didn’t stay long as we had to break our fast so we lift to break it outside but when we went downstairs the gentleman could locate the car so they kept passing the tick around for a while they didn’t have a clue where they parked the car as we waited about an hour they finally found as we was starving to break our fast . The next Day I took time out my holiday to approached the manager cause someone said they get back to me about misplacing the car but didn’t , I was really upset but he’s name was Daniel and he really looked in to things and made last 2 days feel comfortable, I’ve just booked again for 2 weeks in September for my birthday and had another child so it will be her birthday too the only reason I booked is because of my first experience . Hopefully it will be better
