Not sure who I spoke to but their was a very rude women who answered my call on the 3rd of July at 1.20pm I was simply enquiring about a product that was out of stock they said I would need to keep checking I said I've only discovered your website so wanted to know when you last had these in stock she didn't like that was being very rude was eager to hang up I asked for a manger in the end and said without hesitation she's busy! Unbelievable and appalling customer support

I understand you were enquiring about an item that wasn't in stock, the only advice that our colleague can give you under this circumstance is to ask you to keep checking our website as it changes every day and our system doesn't allow us prior notice to items that will become available in the future. When stock arrives it goes through testing and refurbishment procedures before it can be made ready for sale. Regarding the attitude you felt our colleague used during your phone call, i can only say that this person is known to be extremely professional when dealing with our customers and would have helped you further if she could.

Immaculate
First order of Ryobi Leaf Blower from this company. Ordered and delivered within 24 hours.
Well packed in original box. The blower looked as though it was a completely new unit.
Before purchase I emailed customer support and they responded very quickly.
Good performance all around.

First time I have used these guys great experience
First time I have used these guys, I bought a Ryobi hand Pruning chain saw, a little nervous as I generally would buy new but took a punt Saved 30% tool arrived on time as promised, update email confirmation of order, following email from Parcelforce giving 1 hour slot on delivers which was on time. Tool looks brand new in original packaging, I will use these guys again

Great Customer Service
There was a problem with the first unit supplied... collection was arranged and the unit was replaced without question. The second unit works fine and is just like new. I've not tried the water connection as yet, just used a bucket, but the scrubber did a good job on the floor
