The lawn mower I ordered was fine the problem was it was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to what was listed as the billing address (which is actually incorrect as I had moved) and not the delivery address. Luckily I managed to work out what had happened and went and collected it. Good thing I have a car

I had never heard of the company, but was searching for a Milwaukee pipe cutter they had a refurbished unit for sale at a great price, you can’t tell it’s refurbed apart a couple of marks on the battery. I had first class service with regards to dispatch and delivery times, I highly recommend the company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Angela very promptly phoned me back regarding potential future repair, if I buy a Thomas ( German make) spin dryer.Assuming still under guarantee.
Very impressed, they send a carrier, collect it ,check it, repair if possible, if not send a replacement…
I now feel confident to purchase a Thomas Spin dryer with 2 year guarantee.
