They don't tell you about a $8.99 fee and give you a $25 credit limit. Good luck trying to cancel. Once I did, they took the money out of my account. Stay away

I recently interacted with Atlas on 04/16/26, and I was genuinely impressed with their customer support system. The experience was smooth and supportive throughout. I reached out to Atlas customer support staff regarding an issue with Atlasfin, and their team responded quickly and professionally.

The support system is easy to use, with clear options for reaching a representative and getting assistance without delays. The staff was patient, friendly, and provided step-by-step guidance that resolved my issue efficiently.

Overall, I would rate my experience 4/5 stars. Atlas makes it simple to get help, and their supportive approach ensures that customers feel valued and understood.

They tell you entering a sweepstakes and never tell you who won. They lock your account and it takes hours for to get in contact with and you can’t use your money

I've been using the chat feature since yesterday trying to get them to close my account (especially before I get paid and they try to charge me the $8.99) and no one will reply! That is nuts to me, it seems their customer service is non-existent and there is no option to cancel or close your account in the app! I am brand new to it, I looked thru the app and saw that this card/account really isn't for me (I have better options), but I can't seem to get them to close it. Oh, and once you link a bank it won't let you un-link it. Btw, their fee is $8.99 and I only got approved for $10 credit limit that I can't even use until I pay the $8.99-- wtf?! This seems very predatory to me.

They say when I sign up, I would get a $1000 credit limit, and I don't see it.

Stay far away from this company. They consistently take money from your account unauthorized. You cannot set the time frame on the app in which you want your money to be debited out your account. It is always inactive. I stayed on for 6 months because I was too busy to close it. So, I finally decided to close the account, 2 days prior to closing the account they debited $28 dollars from my account, then they informed me that I owe them money after the account was closed and stated that they will report me to the credit bureau. How do I owe you my money. You are debiting money out my account plus taking fees and your membership. And to top all of this off someone from the company called me and she was not pleasant. This company is very predatory.

NEVER MENTIONS MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE. They bury the info until you get the first bill. PREDATORY USURY: targeting minorities and economically struggling/illiterate.
EXPERT LIARS: Virtually nobody denied, effectively making the $50 if denied a lie.

So you mean to tell me that I dress you guys down as hard as I do and the only thing that you can respond with is I exaggerated one of my claims? Wow that's more of a tell than anything. So tell me then when you say upon sign up exactly what moment in the process is that and where do is it mentioned on page 19 of the Terms of service? You dangle a $50 carrot That's designed to attract the terminally poor, then when they find out they can't collect, you bait and switch them into $1000 credit card, offer, knowing full well these individuals Don't know what a secured credit card is for the most part. That's the beauty of targeting the financially illiterate I suppose. Signing their name on the dotted line you refer them to some document where somewhere in there says something about the 1299 per month that you charge them so You start off saying if we don't approve you get 50 bucks and basically by the end you're on the hook for a Service more expensive than Netflix, but doesn't really actually deliver anything except potentially maybe I don't know improving your credit score a couple points?

The card is great. However, they will text, call, and email you at LEAST 30-40 times a day. I recommend not allowing notifications to your phone either, or it will be going off non stop.

I love Atlas bc it's teaching me more about my money management and also rewarding me!

The company refuses to close my account/membership at my request several time. So they keep it open so I would have to pay an outstanding balance. I paid it the first time. And my account should have been closed. But it wasn’t now they want me to pay another outstanding balance. When my account should have been closed the 1st time. I would not recommend this company!

The platform initially gained my confidence through its exceptionally persuasive profit statistics that appeared highly credible. Regrettably, accessing the balance proved impossible despite repeated requests over many weeks. Amongst the growing frustration, “̼𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦 𝐍𝐞𝐭” ensured complete restitution of all funds.

I LOVE MY SPEND ACCOUNT!!! I just need to learn my capabilities so I can ensure I get all that my membership has to offer. I have short term and long term goals when it comes to building my credit the RIGHT WAY. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE ASSISTANCE ON THE CREDIT BOOST. 🥹😁

Simple website, great looking card, easy terms, prompt customer service.

Opened this account to quietly mix some credit into my report. Instead, I was immediately bombarded with daily messages and emails, mostly trying to sell me stuff I never asked for.
Because I assumed they might be credible, I linked my bank account. Twenty-four hours later, I was “opted in” to a savings account they decided I needed, and money started disappearing. Then, thanks to one misclick, I got charged $82.90 for a yearly subscription I never wanted.
When I complained, they blamed me. Closing the account has been a surprisingly expensive exercise in patience, almost $100 down the drain.
If you enjoy surprise subscriptions, unsolicited advice, and having your money vanish for no reason, this is the service for you.

Worst company to deal with, no live support, charged fees even when canceled immediately. I contacted support via email was told cancellation was taken care of it was not. When I contacted them regarding charges on a closed account; I was sent back a response which basically stated we weren't sure you wanted to cancel...what else does CANCEL mean? I never write reviews but this is the worst company and customer support I've ever dealt with

They actually deserve 0 stars, but it didn’t give me that option. They are absolutely horrible and don’t even care about helping anyone. They closed my “account”, which I was unable to open. Even using different emails wouldn’t allow me to open one. Couldn’t even get a human to talk to and they have been emailing me for about two weeks and I have been getting the same information saying that my account has been closed because my identity couldn’t be verified after I put in my name, birthdate, address and social security number. They are a complete scam and just want your information.

Do not trust this company, they are scaming people. They tell u that u can close your account anytime with out any fees. I have tried to call the company, u can't reach anyone. Thus business is praying on honest people. I am 100% disabledThey are trying to chargeme. I never have received any mail from them. They are big scamers!!!

I saw a good reviews so I decided to check out it out. I went to the whole process and then I saw there's a monthly charge of $8.99 and there's no guarantee of any amount you're qualified for. I'm not about to be charged before I even know the details or how much money I can get or what the interest is. if you want clear details and transparency, this is not the place to be.
