I have had a wonderful experience learning with Travis! Coming into it I never felt like the coaching sessions were chore rather than a sense of community of being able to meet up with teachers more often. Travis took his time to listen to everyone and make them feel seen and heard which was rare from my college prep classes and previous schools. Travis cares about who he works with. I learned great strategies about to manage my classroom better, new teaching strategies, and new ways to obtain information and I can share them in my classroom. Travis gave great insight and showed me that he truly does care about what he teaches and this is just not another average job for him.

Atlearning lessons were well planned and concise, with thought provoking teaching and helpful follow up quizzes. Our weekly in person coaching was efficient in timing and effective at providing a place for discussion, questions, and reflection. I would recommend this course and community.

Great experience working with Travis.

What I appreciated most is how clearly he sees what’s actually going on with learners and programs. He doesn’t overcomplicate things or hide behind buzzwords. He asks the right questions, spots issues quickly, and helps you fix the things that actually matter.

You can tell his background in education is real, not theoretical. The advice was practical, thoughtful, and easy to apply right away. Nothing felt generic or copy-and-paste.

If you’re running any kind of learning program and struggling with engagement, retention, or follow-through, Travis is absolutely worth working with.

I had a great experience with Travis and the community coaching / Master Class with atlearning. The Master Class was a great review and reinforcement of the best-practices that I learned in my educator prep program. I loved that I could complete the modules at my own pace and that I could implement the strategies presented in my classroom. With Travis in the coaching sessions, I truly felt that he cared for us as teachers and for our school as a whole. I like that each week brought a new discussion topic, and Travis didn't rush us through the session. Rather, he kept a great pace while making every voice feel valued!

Travis truly understands the triumphs and trials teachers face in the classroom. He does an amazing job of coaching teachers by providing new ideas, a fresh perspective, and applicable strategies.

Travis was a wonderful planner that implemented a great workshop for our teachers . From the beginning to the end , his goals were clear and concise and delivered well ! He received feedback and integrated into his planning as well . We would highly recommend him !

Our enrollment had been shrinking for multiple years. We had to let teachers go and the perception became very negative for us. Travis and his team at atlearning worked miracles. Within just two years we grew by 25%!

In fact, we have added new buildings and teachers to our campus as we continue to grow now 6 years later. His worked turned things around for us, I cannot recommend atlearning enough, their work saved us!

My coaching sessions with Travis have been phenomenal. ALL of the suggestions that he has offered I have implemented successfully AND they were beneficial for the work that I do. Our sessions have always been more like two friends catching up versus mentor and mentee; which I extremely appreciate. Travis has a knack for providing guidance that is genuine.
