This brand has diddled heaps of photo studios in Melbourne by not paying for their invoices. Not surprised they now use Ai generated models. They probably ran out of options.

I’ve tried multiple times to get a response about my refund , I even called the company phone number but the number is not legit. I think it’s a scam.

They cancelled my order after one week of placing it, and two weeks later, they still hadn’t returned the money. Scam

Awful customer service. Refused return of dress for fictitious reasons. Now unresponsive to emails.

Terrible quality for the price.

Completely unresponsive customer service that were unable to fulfil an online order.
