También rellené el formulario de la web que dice que contactan en 24h, y como quien oye llover. Fiable Atos MEDICAL? A una empresa así le voy a confiar mi salud? "

Once again, Atos has lied about me to Pip, and once again, I have to go through a tribunal.

My husband had oral surgery and needed the Atos Therabite last year. It was used in his therapy session last year and again this year after a second surgery. Today it fractured in his mouth and parts flew out violantly in front of his physical therapy. She said call the company today. Heb just got off the phone explaining it is not a year old and what happened. She said, "WE DON'T WARRANT IT, BUY A NEW ONE." They cost is between $450 and $600 depending where you buy it. Insurance does not cover it. The company is located in Wisconsin. So much for American/Sweedish made. BUY THEIR COMPETITOR ORABITE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has absolutely ruined my life. The PIP disability assessor role seemed perfect for me on paper. I was then bullied by my manager and completely unsupported, then struggled to meet workload expectations because they are entirely undoable and unrealistic for any health care professional who feels they owe claimants due diligence, ended up with a heart condition that required surgical intervention and am now suffering with extreme anxiety, AND today they sent me a letter, 2 months after i left their horrid company, stating I owe THEM over £1500 because I was “overpaid through no fault of my own”. You cant bleed a dead horse. I cant work bc of my current mental and physical health problems that THEY caused. Do NOT work for Atos or IAS as a disability assessor if you value your health and life. I am a very capable and intelligent person with 2 masters degrees. This job ruined my life.

Had my assessment yesterday. I made it very clear that I wanted my assessment recorded. When I got there the room was not set up for a recoding. I informed the lady that I was gonna record the assessment and aas told she was not happy for me to do that and if I did the assessment would not take place. She never wrote down what I was saying. I have numerous illnesses and this lady was not qualified in any if them. When asked about the physical assessment I told her I had just had an operation under my arm so couldn't lift it and also that I had a massive abcess under my other arm that was so painful I struggled to move my arm. Also that I have 2 dislocated knee caps and after a Consultation with my consultant Monday I was in alot of pain as he had pulled my knee all over to the point where I was in tears. Was told to rest them for 48 hours.i have to have surgery on both knee caps to pull the knee cap back into place which can take a year recovery on each knee. And this isn't a permanent fix either. Also having the same problems with my riggt shoulder but she was interstwd in any of it. She kept pushing and pushing me to do it. I'm asking for another assessment as this was totally wrong I way I was treated. She was very rude and had a disgusting attitude about everything. This company should be struck off

Tout ces très bien passé lors de mon alternance, j'ai eu l'autonomie dont j'avais besoin. J'ai appris énormément et j'ai eu l'occasion de faire des missions très intéressante. Etant transverse j'ai pu travailler avec de nombreuses équipes différentes et j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce côté-ci.
Pourquoi 4 étoiles et pas 5, la fiche de pote ne correspond pas toujours aux missions effectuées. J'avais une mission fastidieuse qui n'en faisait pas parti et qui m'a pris beaucoup de temps durant cette année.

This company needs a Government enquiry into how they have treated very unwell claimants. “I was accused of being rude, demanding and more than capable of walking”!!! The very strange bit is that Atol CANCELLED my appointment and issued a further appt. So they have never met me, spoken to me or visited me EVER! So how was this report produced? Using my personal information.
P.S Just heard ATOS have lost their contracts at DWP. HOORAY!!

Shame there’s no option to give zero star.
These people are the biggest liars ever, unprofessional, and their assessors are just normal nurses which don’t have any knowledge or medical qualifications to assess others, no proper doctors and specialist. In word, cheap labour.

Dreadful, they don't even follow their own guidelines, they are completely incompetent, both the assessors and those who I have spoken to on the phone. They should be removed from this role as soon as possible.

My dealings with this company left me in such a state. I started to believe them it was basically in my head.I stopped going to the doctor's as I felt it was wasting there time.January this year I got a letter saying I was turned down for esa. I was lucky I had a decent Job and had plenty savings which I lived off.The reason why I got refused was because the lady in the interview said I could manage stairs walk at a brisk pace for 300 meters. She said my epelepsy was well controlled.When in fact I was having up to 12 a day .To finish my story 3 weeks later I was rushed into hospital.The fits that I was having was cause through blood clots.I was in hospital 3 months lost my left leg had a serious infection which nearly killed me. Now tell me they don't lie

I had my HGV medical carried out by Dr Andrew Colvin. The most incompetent doctor I have ever encountered. An ignorant clown.

i would like to comment on Cathy's comment below (second one down below this), we are NOT dishonest people and faking disability, this just proof's how cold and cruel you's are, i have multiple evidence psychiatrist, consultants, doctors, judge yet you failed me, i suffer with O.C.D, anxiety, depression and have other illnesses, i have just been diagnosed with a very very rare disease which all the specialist say my O.C.D, anxiety and depression over the years has certainly contributed (still is contributing towards it, making it worse). So how much more proof dose the PIP assessor need, she failed my assessment taking nothing i said into account and also told lies about me, she also said i show no signs of mental health even though i took the DWP to court in 2011 over my mental health and won the case. I won the court case and claim ESA because of my mental health so how can i fail my PIP assessment on the grounds: i showed no signs of mental health.

Most other comments seem to refer to a UK NHS service.

I've seen the poor souls this organisation has declared fit for work.
One lady in particular attended a first aid at work course which I also attended.
She had worked as a carer for 30 yrs but had been made redundant on health and safety grounds due to her severe leg joint problems making her at risk of falls at work.

ATOS declared her fit for work and insisted she attend the first aid at work course despite the fact that she could barely walk from the main entrance to the classroom on the other side of the college building, needing two crutches and moving very slowly and painfully on swollen, deformed leg joints. She then was unable to even get down to floor level to tend to a casualty. If you are not fit enough to complete a first aid at work course then how can you work a full day at work?!
This lady needed all her hip and knee joints replacing and was on waiting lists for these operations but she said the consultant wasn't hopeful of a good outcome due to the severe arthritis.

She should have had a wheelchair made available but because ATOS said she was fit no preparations were made by the college to accommodate her.
What on earth are these callous scumbags at ATOS thinking?!
To onlookers like myself it genuinely reminds me of the experiments nazi Germany carried out on disabled people because this was literally an experiment on a disabled person perpetrated by a cruel organisation who have been granted power over these poor people.

Hilter dumped his stuff problems etc on the stormtroopers see DWP atos!!
