Voiletta did an amazing massage. It was completely relaxing and she provided some explanation on the pressure points she was addressing with some Reiki too. My stress level have been high and this is just what I needed to improve my neck and shoulder pain too. Highly reccomended

I experienced real Reiki with my dear Violeta. I had practiced Reiki with other people before as well, but she truly helped me in a big way. I have only had four Reiki sessions with her so far, but for the first time in 8 months, I slept comfortably and deeply for an entire night.

During the Reiki sessions, I felt and experienced things that are impossible to put into words. Through Reiki, I healed a trauma from 18 years ago. Reiki brought out a trauma that I had blocked deep inside myself without even being aware of it, and it released and freed it.

I’ve been going to Violeta at A Touch Of Wellness and have several different treatments which were all wonderful. I have had neck and shoulder massage, Reiki, and a full body massage. Each visit has been a good rounded experience. Violeta is a very good listener, she understands your issues, provides expert analysis, with some practical explanations of a suitable treatments. Violeta works holistically, and has provided treatments that dissolves all the symptoms I came in with! I fully trust her knowledge, technique and ability to completely put me at my ease. After each visit, I go out feeling listened to, relaxed, refreshed with a lasting sense of peace. I would wholeheartedly recommend Violeta at A Touch Of Wellness.

Violeta is a truly lovely person, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I never fall to be delighted with my treatment and it’s a little bit of luxury, the best hour of my day when I have an appointment.
I always opt for a trigger point massage as I’m always full of aches and pains.

Well a strange one. I had a slip which brought on a bad case of sciatica. Being a lorry driver and a long way from home I sought someone from the area id be staying. Found violetta after a Google search and she managed to squeeze me in. Very informative explaining what she was doing and why. I really can't praise her enough for sorting me out on a last minute call. If id didnt live over 200 miles away id be a regular to keep things at bay.

Violeta is amazing! She’s been helping me with chronic back pain - every time I leave her session I feel lighter and my back is improving with each session. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to the anatomy of the body.

I’ve been having regular Reiki sessions with Violeta for at least 6 months now, and I highly recommend it. The person I was at the start of this journey is not the person that I’m becoming now. I was constantly stressed, anxious and worried with a chaotic mind that I couldn’t shut down. Regular Reiki calms that chaos and alongside practising other mindfulness techniques, I feel so calm, centred and focussed. I leave each session feeling lighter, grounded, empowered, happy and free. I was very happy with my first visit to Violeta. I usually use recommendations but as I am new to the area I looked for someone via the web. Violeta was extremely professional and her love and knowledge of massage was immediately evident. She targeted areas of stress and was able to find trigger points where I wasn’t even feeling discomfort. I left feeling relaxed and treated and my aches are much better even after a very busy weekend. Will definitely be going again.

Having suffered from long covid for a year, Violeta’s care has been absolutely amazing. Her massage, reiki and hypnotherapy treatments have been so important in my healing journey. She delivers a high quality and professional treatment and her skills are evident throughout the entire session. Violeta listens closely to you and takes the time to understand you and your needs - she then intuitively blends techniques in response to those needs and your body’s energy, resulting in a truly personalized, relaxing and tailored treatment. Trigger Point Therapy is a new concept for me but I find it to be both relaxing and effective and I’m fast becoming a convert!

I received a head/shoulder/face massage from Violeta. It started with massaging all my face muscles, then pressure points of my head and massage of my shoulders. It finished with Reiki.
