Really nice fitted clothing would highly recommend 🙌🏼

Good quality, fast delivery, grat prices, will be buying again

Accidentally ordered the t-shirt in a size too small, but I'm still pleasantly surprised by everything that arrived!
The hat isn't great, but as a free gift I can't complain.
Trousers fit just as I'd expect them to, they're on the smaller side but only marginally.

Delivery good, next day with Royal Mail. Ordered XL as sized up due to previous reviews....

Dreadful sizing! Absolutely tiny and XL should have been big for me.

Will be returning...here's hoping I dont experience the same as other people on here who needed to return items...

I have to say after being in the golf game for the past 15 years the quality of the clothes from ATSG is by far the best I’ve ever had. I have spent years spending lots of money on top brands just because of the name but the feel/quality/price of the stuff from ATSG has completely changed my outlook on golf clothes going forward. I have recently purchased a couple of jumpers and hoodies and can’t fault any of it. I will most certainly be buying again ready for my summer collection this year.

I used ATSG to purchase some golf clothing for my son. The products we received were fab quality and are washing and wearing really well. I had a customer service issue (my fault, nothing to do with ATSG) and they were great! Responded quickly and very accommodating. Will definitely shop with them again. Fab service.

Very small fitting

Fantastic customer service! Ordered the wrong size and the customer service team were really helpful and quick with sorting out the problem for me. I love the quality of the clothes and I will definitely be ordering more soon!

I had incorrectly input the address of delivery and expected to be told I would have to re-order the stock. After emailing ATSG they promptly responded telling me the order would be re-delivered using the correct address.

Second order now. Really high quality clothing that looks great both on and off the course. Replacing my whole golf wardrobe with this 👍🏻
Also a special mention for the customer services team when needing size changes they were super fast responding and making it a simple process. Thank you to all who helped.

Be aware

I think the concept is great in terms of the athletic style clothing. There’s a lack of this at an affordable price in the UK golf market.

However, it all falls down if you need to return. Firstly, if you want to return or exchange, you have to cover the cost of sending the item back AND delivering the return. One or the other seems fair. But if you get your sizing wrong, you’re going to be spending £15 on shipping costs. I’ve found sizing to be inconsistent. I have a jumper that’s medium, hoodie that’s small. And two different styles of polo shirts that are different sizes. So good luck.

Now for the more frustrating issue for me. Admittedly we had made a mistake when making numerous Black Friday purchases and we entered one incorrect digit on our post code which has caused chaos. We did this with a few other retailers and they all helped us.

ATSG showed their small time nature here. I gave the correct postcode but the First response was “can we wait a couple of days?” Which I found a bit surprising. I emailed again outlining that we were clearly not getting our delivery. ATSG then decided they would issue a replacement which was great but they did not read my initial email. Of course, they just sent it to the wrong address again. I raised this literally instantly and they cancelled the order and said as it’s our fault, we have to wait until the parcel is returned to them.

I spent the rest of my day traipsing across Royal Mail delivery centres throughout Essex to try and find my order, with no luck.

I don’t understand why ATSG did not just stick to their original plan of resending it. They just needed to change one digit. At a time of year when consumers spend tons of money and deliveries are carnage as it is, proper retailers step in to help customers since, as we all know, they have more influence.

It was the change of mind that disappointed me the most. Most retailers completely understand that when a parcel is lost, they’ll eventually get their stock back. ATSG clearly cannot afford to take what they perceive to be a gamble. So my overriding concern is that ATSG is not reputable or established enough to properly solve such issues.

So if you’re ordering from ATSG, you better make sure you get your order right. If you’re not sure, stick to the usual brands. I’m sure they’ll respond to this review by trying to shift the blame onto me, but my earlier points should definitely still resonate with customers.

Amazing quality clothing for a very reasonable price.

Add the super quick delivery and the fact that it looks great, what more do you want.

Buy some of their gear and you'll be back for more.
