Feedback on Test & Tag Face-to-Face Training

Positives
1. Trainer knowledge and experience was excellent.
2. Videos really helped to reinforce the practical work
3. The pace of the training was spot on and allowed us to finish early.
4. Overall a really positive experience and would recommend the course.

Improvements
1. Make sure the venue details from the website confirmation and the customer service confirmation emails are the same venue details. I received two different venue details and only noticed this over the weekend and called on Monday morning to confirm which venue but my calls went to voice mail.
2. Minor venue logistics issues that were resolved promptly: (i) the venue was locked in the morning delaying the start of the training, and (ii) the gates to the site were locked after we finished the training delaying our exit off the site.

ATTA review

My experience was a new venture into video recording and the WhatApp. I learnt about making video recording, in particular. 9Our men's shed test machine was a little out of date.

The course with Graeme Foote was


The course with Graeme Foote was excellent - Very clear instructions.
The after service was also excellent with lots of help with customising my tags. Shipping of the tags and other items was the quickest I have experienced.

The webex session was well-conducted

The webex session was well-conducted. In some places the presentation didn't match the documentation (eg different page numbers) perhaps due to different formatting.

There is a lot of fine detail to grasp!

Web training has become an expected


Web training has become an expected form of training today especially as a result of Covid. Michael (the presenter) was most personable however all other participants were not which could be for a variety of reasons. A 5 minute question slot could be included at the end of the training of briefly mid way.
