Ich war in in Juli dort bin total unzufrieden mit ganze Behandlung bin nach Deutschland zurückgekommen und seit dem habe jetzt nur noch Probleme mit die 🦷 zahne
Die Ärzte sprechen keine Deutsch und Englisch! Die Dolmetscherin mach immer alles schnell Es werd nicht richtig übersetz alles werd schnell gemacht die lassen dich noch nicht mal aus reden dort. Mir wurde versprochen, dass ich meine Unterlagen an meinem letzten Tag (freitag vor 4 Wochen) in der Klinik bekommen soll. Trotz mehrmalige bitte bei den 2 Sachbearbeitern habe ich bis jetzt die erforderlichen Unterlagen nicht erhalten. Finde ich schade. Auch das ihr mich mehr oder weniger gedrängt habt, euch auf jeder Social Media Seite (Facebook, Google ect usw) eine 5 Sterne Bewertung zu geben. Als es um das bezahlen ging, wart ihr sehr zügig und habt am ersten Tag in der ersten Std das Geld verlangt.
Die alle schlechte Bewertung werden von der Mieter Arbeiter gelöscht❌

Ich selber bin gerade dabei eine Klage gegen Attelia einzuleiten und die Medien zu informieren, damit so etwas, was mir passiert ist, nicht noch einmal jemandem passiert.

Das was die machen ist eine Körper Verletzung

I had a great experience here at attelia dental, the dentist are extremely educated and know exactly what they are talking about, my patient co ordinate was extremely nice and helpful and spoke very well English, I am so happy with my teeth

Very helpful and friendly best decision I made to get new teeth it's been years without any

Back again for a check up refitted my teeth fit perfectly now very happy with my reset teeth

I have previously posted my review which was met with unfounded responses, this company doesn’t allow photos to be published on trust pilot, however if you search my name in google reviews you will see the actual photos of what these guys call treatment!! Photos don’t lie

Das Gleiche gilt für Herrn Abbas (Transfer und Unterkunft) den unbekannten Zahnärzten und Helfern sowie insbesondere Maryam (Patientenkoordinator), die immer erreichbar war und sofort reagierte. Bis jetzt bin ich mit meinem festsitzenden kompletten Oberkieferprovisorium auf 6 neuen Implantaten voll zufrieden. Ich hoffe, das dass bis zum Einsetzen der endgültigen Zähne (im Herbst 2025) sowie darüber hinaus so bleibt.

First time coming here to have implants and from the very start of getting off the plane I had a very luxurious private transfer waiting for me all paid for by Attelia that took me straight to my hotel, the very next day the same transfer took me to my appointment. I was greeted by Alisan who is such a lovely guy, he explained to me every step of the way what they were going to do and I had the implants fitted with no problems at all. I would highly recommend Attelia and I thank you so much for all that you have done to help me have my million dollar smile back. Thank you ☺️

I can’t recommend Attelia enough! This clinic has truly set a new standard for dental care, and my experiences with UK dentists are officially a thing of the past. From the very start, everything was seamless. The transfers were always on time, comfortable, and the drivers were fantastic. The accommodation at Laren Family Hotel & Spa was lovely, offering a perfect place to relax during the process.

At the clinic itself, the staff were nothing short of amazing—so friendly, accommodating, and professional. I had my dental work done under general anaesthesia, and every member of the medical team was incredibly supportive, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, and their attention to detail is evident in every aspect of care. I was even surprised at how painless the injections were, thanks to their magic numbing gel—truly a game-changer!

Special mention to my patient coordinator, who was so informative and approachable. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed, and the support didn’t stop at the clinic—they were always available on WhatsApp to assist with anything, even when I wasn’t on-site.

From start to finish, the experience exceeded all my expectations. I’m actually looking forward to my yearly check-ups and making it part of a holiday to Turkey! If you’re considering Attelia, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in the best hands possible.

Schlimmste Zahnklinik überhaupt. Es geht nur ums Geld . Mann wird nur verarscht. Es wird nicht zugehört bzw. auf die Probleme eingegangen. Die ziehen Ihr eigenes Ding durch. Schlussendlich habe ich durch die Klinik 7 gesunde Zähne verloren. Ich verfluche die Klinik!

Today I want to give you the details of a REAL review, not the ones that have been paid for on trustpilot, or the reviews they heavily encourage you to make straight after having your treatment and before the real problems start. I’m going to tell you about the “work” that did on me including their failings and subsequent threats and intimidation tactics. Firstly there seems to be a couple of clinics called Attelia, so I have put the logo of the correct clinic for reference.

So what did they do wrong

1. Serious amounts of decay left behind on several teeth, but most concerning two
teeth that would have undoubtably resulted in tooth loss (see attached images)
this has been verified by several dentists as being unethical at best and negligent
at worst. They basically hurried the job and crowned decay.

2. Three root canals missed which were leading to pain.

3. Crowns fitted incorrectly leaving large gaps between the teeth and the gums. They told me this was normal for cleaning. I’m pretty sure that you shouldn’t be able to touch the shaven down tooth!!!

4. Unnecessary and Incorrectly applied sets of pairs of twos and threes bridges
leading to discomfort whilst eating, cracking sensation and general pain.

5. An incorrectly aligned implant that will require a special abutment to rectify or
worst case the removal of the implant.

6. They wanted to remove a perfectly salvageable tooth which has been fully
restored by my new clinic. I can only assume this was for speed purposes

7. Incorrect bite alignment leading to issues and pain when eating

8. I asked for individual crowns before I left the UK, on arrival I was told that my only option was to have bridges everywhere instead of individual crowns, I was told that it was impossible, I’m not a dentist so I went with their professional opinion . Yet here I am today with perfectly fine set of individual crowns, and all of the above issues are now resolved. When I challenged their decision to not make them individual, they then did a complete 180 degree turn and kindly offered to change them all to individual crowns for the additional sum of £3600!! So clearly it could, and should have been done originally.

In fairness to them, they did offer to look at my concerns under warranty, but I had lost all faith in this clinic by then. It now transpires that my fears are correct as they have threatened me with legal action and criminal charges for speaking up.

This is my own personal experience and I’m sure people (including celebrities and YouTubers who I’m sure they pay extra attention to) have no issues with their teeth. However I would highly recommend you don’t have this company in your top 20 list. I have a friend that I have met on this group who I won’t name and she has had exactly the same issues.

This clinic used to have a good name, but that was years ago now and I fear the good dentists have moved on. Now they are operating like a tooth factory and you are on a conveyor belt, get them in and out as quickly as possible, take the money…..next!!

Please avoid at all costs if you value your smile

My experience with Attelia has been nothing but 'exceptional'. From the time I walked into their dental clinic I felt at ease. The staff are all very friendly and I have to mention Berfin (always available and personable on Whatsapp), Cemre (my lovely co-orinator, pricing and translator). Ms Muge (anasthestist and very reassurring person), Nisa ( my prosthetic perfectionist) and Dt Ozge (my dentist who took on a big job) and last but not least all the other friendly and professional staff around me.
As a business, Attelia is run in a very honest way, as they refunded me for some work which wasn't actually needed after the main surgery was finished. Their motto, 'People deserve the best of everything' is REAL!

Excellent clinic. Very hygienic and professional. The service is amazing from the time you get off the plane to the time you leave. My co-ordinator Cemre took great care of me and translated and explained everything. Don’t look around - this is where you get quality, not the infamous ‘turkey teeth’.

All the staff are pleasent and kind, they take care of everything, from transfers to hotels to getting the smile i wanted.
Went for second appointment 7 months later and everything is still excellent havent had a single problem. Recommend this place to everyone.

From start to finish this has been an exceptional experience, from the moment I was picked up from my arranged transport to completion I couldn’t be happier. The premises were unbelievable clean and the foyer very welcoming. I highly recommend this place and this comes from someone very nervous at the start. My English speaking Ali kept me informed at all times and was very accommodating, making my experience very easy. This place is a must.

From start to finish everything was taken well care of I was here for a check up, had some chipping and my dentist changed then for me for free. no matter how many times I've been here service that they provide never changes really glad I choose attelia thank you for everything!

Absolutely fantastic company , look after you Every step of the way , your made to feel comfortable at Every stage , treatment very professional and thorough , was blown away by how good this was , top technology ( Dentistry ) and patient coordinators was brilliant and Fluent in many languages
