I used Prompt Attestation Services to handle the re-issuance and attestation of two UK birth certificates and one university document. I paid in full on 8th December and was told the process would take approximately 22–25 working days. Instead, the process dragged on for over two months.
Throughout this time, I received vague, inconsistent, and often contradictory updates. I was repeatedly told the documents were “under final release” or “with the embassy,” yet no tracking numbers, reference numbers, or proof were ever properly provided. When I asked direct questions about the location or status of my documents, I rarely received clear answers.
I had to chase constantly for updates. Communication was reactive, unclear, and unprofessional. Important information was either withheld, delayed, or only revealed after repeated pressure.
This delay caused serious consequences for my family’s visa situation and work requirements, resulting in financial penalties and unnecessary stress.
The entire experience demonstrated a lack of organisation, accountability, and transparency. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company, especially if your documents are time-sensitive.

I recently used Prompt for my document attestation, and I’m really impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From the first point of contact to final delivery, the entire process was smooth and well-communicated.

Fraud alert! Extremely poor service. I submitted my original Australian degree for attestation more than two months ago and still do not know the correct status of the attestation and haven't received my original degree back. Please DO NOT pay any money upfront or provide original documents for attestation to Prompt Attestation Services.

I am afraid my experience is not the best so far, but hoping i get an answer soon.
The facts are that I have requested the document to be attested 5th February, and they told me will be done in a month tops.
We are at 1/5/25 and still nothing has been done. I would love someone in the company would give me answers to what is happening instead excuses
(update: I received a call to remove this post, however, these are just the facts with the dates of how the process is going, so you know that you might expect long delays with excuses and hoping i get the title or the money back asap)

I made our advance payment to this company 20 days ago for a promised service for max 2 days.
And the process is not over yet.
My advice : Run for an other company

Worst Experience with PROMPT - Do Not Recommend

I am forced to give one star because there's no option for zero. This company doesn't deserve even a single star.

Their customer service is terrible, and they show no respect for their clients. It feels like we are just seen as machines to pay whatever charges they demand.

I sought their help for a sponsor visa for my mother. After completing the required medical for the visa, tragically, my mother passed away in Abu Dhabi on 19th August 2024. Despite the circumstances, as of today, 10th January 2025, I still have not received the AED 5000 caution deposit I paid for her sponsorship.

They charged me AED 220 to cancel the process but failed to handle it properly. Now, Mr. Fayaz is asking me to deal with the immigration office directly, while the immigration office insists that PROMPT’s PRO should handle it as they failed to upload the necessary documents for the cancellation. I'm now being told that my money is lost.

PROMPT is completely unreliable and doesn't know the process. I deeply regret choosing them for my mother’s sponsor visa. I’ve referred many friends to them for attestation services in the past, but this experience has been a big mistake.

Losing my mother was painful, but dealing with PROMPT has made it even worse. They only respond when money is involved; otherwise, they show no interest in assisting. Please think twice before trusting PROMPT with any important matters.

IF I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK . I WILL SURELY SUE THEM

I had an excellent experience with their customer service and prompt action in attesting my UK certificates. They delivered the attested documents well before the expected date and kept me updated on the progress until completion.

Today is 42nd days since we made our advance payment to this company to legalise our article of association of the company registered in Singapore. And the process is not over yet. They promised to provide service for max 20 days. Its company with nice people but very inconvenient service provider. Do not come to them if you need more than low quality. I am sure they need to work out their business processes and implement lean of kaizen approach immediately.

I went there to get my certificate attested for employment purpose and it was completely attested before the mentioned time frame
