Great experience at Attune Carnegie with Mina Nadrajah who explained everything clearly and was extremely helpful.

My mum has a hearing problem and we have been with attune, Carnegie for the last 4 years. From the date of first hearing test to purchasing the device and subsequent support has been amazing. The hearing specialists have taken extra care especially for the elderly to ensure the issues are resolved. Thanks attune for your service. Recommend to give attune Carnegie a try for your hearing needs.

Highly recommend Attune Hearing.
The play techniques used with my 4 year old son were highly effective in that he thoroughly enjoyed the experience and all tests were able to be completed.
Delini was a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend her as she is very thorough in her explanations and is just generally very nice in her interactions.

Staff at Carnegie were super lovely and helpful. Offered to send me a reminder to have another assessment done in a couple years time and emailed report to me promptly. Highly recommend

I visited Carnegie Attune this morning .
As it was my first hearing test Mina took the time to reassure me and explain what she was going to do and why .
She went through the results with me and answered very clearly any queries I had .
She has such a professional and friendly manner .

I was very happy with the hearing assessment that Mina did for my four year old. She was able to connect with my daughter and properly assess her hearing by playing a game with her. I do recommend this clinic and Mina for hearing assessment.

We had a great experience at Carnegie with my 1 year old. Felt comfortable on arrival and Mina was great, spending the time engaging with my daughter and having fun with her during the hearing screen. Highly recommend the services at Carnegie Attune Hearing.

I was greeted by a cheerful person and made to feel welcome. The appointment was on time and Mina was exceptionally helpful, listening to all I had to say and asking relevant questions. After the hearing test was completed, she explained what she had seen and found and what the results meant. I was impressed and would certainly recommend Carnegie Attune to others. The results were sent to my GP.

Fantastic.I have been attending Attune Hearing in Carnegie for almost 3 years and what a team of staff that work there.Every time i have an issue there is never a problem they cannot fix.
Had an issue with the wind (no, its not my diet) but the continuing whistling over the microphone, well there is a fix,Hope sold me a couple of "socks"that sit over the hearing aid & what a difference.
My advice is visit the clinic & meet the staff in person i highly recommend it.

when i arrived i was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the level of technical testing & their explanations put into a very understandable 2 way conversation, Mina was professional and answered all by questions. Mina sent through the results to my doctor. Very handy to have a profession outfit in my local area of Carnegie

It was great to see Mina at Attune Hearing Carnegie today. She took great care in my hearing test to thoroughly investigate the issues.
The polite and helpful receptionist was able to answer my questions about follow up appointments and the medicare rebate was generous.

I have been dealing with Attune Hearing in Carnegie since February 2020, and have found them unfailingly efficient, helpful and considerate. During my last visit in mid-October I mentioned to Mina that I had read somewhere about a suggested link between hearing loss and dementia. We discussed the topic briefly, and I was delighted to receive an email from Mina today attaching a copy of a directly relevant paper which appeared in the September 2019 issue of the Hearing Journal. How about that for a professional approach?

Attune Hearing were really wonderful with my 4 year old. They communicated at a level with her where she felt comfortable and was able to cooperate. The tasks were fun for her and she was very comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend Attune for hearing testing in Children.
