Every visit to Attune Hearing in Hervey Bay has been a comfortable, happy experience. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

We have been using Attune Hearing in Urraween Hervey Bay for a year now, after trying out other Pushy, hard sell, hearing clinics.
upon getting our 1st yearly check up we received the same friendly, Polite, easy going Service and Advice from the same professional two Ladies at this clinic, we are very happy with their service to us.

Last year i called in to Townsville Attune Hearing while on holidays just for some batteries, i got exactly the same service as i got from my Attune Hearing in Hervey Bay.

I felt extremely comfortable, right from the first phone call.
Kerry is a caring receptionist, with a calming voice, putting me at ease.
Ann is understanding and knowledgeable , also with a relaxed and friendly manner.
I was not hurried through the appointment, but given ample opportunity to ask questions.
I left the appointment feeling acknowledged and understood.
( I have a health condition which affects my speech, so this is important to me)

I have been using Attune for the last 4 years as my hearing specialist. They have been tremendous. In recent months, my walking ability has diminished severely. I, now 88, use a 4 wheel walker & electric wheel chair. Transport is a big problem, & today, Ann made a home visit for me. She repaired & adjusted both aids at home. The result was outstanding. When Ann came out and welcomed me into her office. The atmosphere was very relaxing and she took a personal interest in my hearing issues and I was treated very respectfully and answered all my questions so I understood exactly what she was saying. I left there extremely happy and satisfied I received the best possible care. I am confident that any issues that I have in the future Ann will be there for me to sort them out. Finally an audiologist/medical practitioner that actually listens, Annilyn was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who is having any hearing issues at all.
