Friendly and help full staff. Audiologist was very thorough and spent plenty of time explaining everything.

Our first time visiting today and we were really happy with the experience. Josh interacted with our young child extremely well to make it a pleasant experience.

Jenny welcomed us to the practice and outlined their philosophy which turned out to be so real. Josh was so genuine and thorough. He went to great lengths to ensure the testing gave a clear picture of my hearing difficulties. He answered all my questions and clearly explained everything in a very understandable way. His focus was clearly on my hearing and addressing my problems which was truly appreciated. Thank you so much Josh and Jenny. I look forward to my hearing journey with you along with me.

Erin is one of the best, explained everything in layman’s language. Very happy with my new hearing aids especially the recharging, no more fiddling with batteries. Also love the TV remote thingy can listen in peace and quiet. Oh, Jenny is tops, got here finger on the pulse, good at making my appointment and reminding me when it is due.
