Heidi and kate were so friendly, it made you feel relaxed, i needed a hearing aid, kate really explained everything and showed me all the options to choose from.

I have nothing but praise for Zoe who guided me through the whole process of choosing, fitting and tuning my hearing aids. Previously I had been both apprehensive and sceptical. Jo always kept me informed and up to date and assisted me when I needed it.
Only four stars? I'm a hard marker and nobody is perfect.

Very understanding- Visited last week as my husband's carer. My husband has severe depression and anxiety and bit of claustrophobia too, and had complained of ringing in his ears with hearing loss, but our Attune specialist was more than understanding, kind and informative. . We will be going back again for sure.

I felt so listened to (pardon the pun) and cared for by Carmen. I felt my whole health was taken into account rather than just my hearing which I really appreciate as I know we are more than just a body part.
