Attune have closed some of their centres so that means longer travel times. Also some of the products (ie hearing aids) they supply to customers can only be dealt with through them.
This is fine unless you experience complications, problems, or issues arising between appointments- then it's more frequent & longer trips to & from Attune so that these can be rectified.
The service is friendly and professional and they take the time to make sure that everything works well and that you are happy before the appointment ends.
Just not confident with some of the products as with increased tech.(even though it seems great at first) more things can go wrong too.

The appointment went well. It took longer than a half an hour. Both the ladies were very professional and my daughter got through the testing.

Service was great but had to travel 1.5hrs to attend. What happens when to old to travel. Would appreciate one north of Adelaide. Thanks.

Have been very impressed with Attune right from the start. Chose Mt Barker as is closest to home. Carmen, the Audiologist explained everything extremely clearly. I absolutely love the hearing aids that I received. The friendliness and professionalism deserve a high distinction.

Excellent friendly and informative service. Very genuine caring atmosphere, had a great conversation with the receptionist while waiting for my appointment. I will be returning in January to be fitted for musicians earplugs. Would highly recommend Attune Mt Barker.

We had a great experience. My son needed a little more time to complete his test, and the specialist was very accomodating and patient with him.

Could not recommend the team more highly. My situation was acute and needed urgent treatment and the team responded with care, urgency, empathy and understanding. All of them are lovely and kind, patient and take the time to listen and respond to you as a person. They have been vital to my recovery from a scary and sudden event for which I am truly thankful.

Hi, I can't speak highly enough of attune hearing. The staff were amazing, their knowledge is incredible, their people skills are fantastic, they are exceptionally helpful and friendly, the actual test itself was the most thorough test I've ever experienced.

Extensive testing over 2 days, tight adherence to COVID precautions - kind, explanative, professional. Would happily return to this business.

I went in to the Mt.Barker office for a follow-up hearing test and the staff @ the front reception were friendly. Once Louise called me in for the Audiology tests to commence, she put my anxiety at ease by assuring me the equipment was extremely effective and she showed a great deal of support throughout the testing. Fortunately, my results went well overall & Louise informed me my Doctor would be sent the results within 48hrs. Much appreciated team.

I went in with my 3.5yr old for a hearing check, our audiologist was thorough, friendly and professional. She was persistent with a child who went shy and wanted to hide, and persisted when said child lulled himself to sleep.
