I have just recently purchased new hearing aids from attune Rockhampton,
The service then was second to none and was very happy.
About 2 months into my contract the aids started to cut in and out and the connection with my phone was not working properly so went back to the office to get them checked as I was told before I purchased the aids that they don’t muck around if there is a problem with them they simply get replaced.
Bit over a week later I haven’t heard anything from the office so I rang to see what the progress of my aids was only to find out that they were back.
I do not understand why I wasn’t notified that they were back.
Also there wasn’t anything wrong with them.
Sadly this doesn’t surprise me as I have been with another hearing company in Rockhampton and there after sales service just didn’t exist.
I’m sorry to say but it seems as tho they are all over you to make the sale but then when something goes wrong they just don’t want to know you and I’m sure if anyone has spent $12500 on a product there should be a bit of after sales care given.

Kar-Won was an incredible audiologist to see. Really good with kids especially in our situation. Patient & gentle with great communication! Made us feel very reassured. Will definitely used Attune Hearing again in the future!

My son has Autism, ADHD & ID and the welcome from reception to the hearing test was five star. Very welcoming, accepting and accommodating. We have had several hearing tests and will be back again.

Kat-Won is professional & friendly & provides an excellent service where you feel very confident with her advice. Her staff is also amazing.

I found Kar Won to be really welcoming and friendly and she also explained everything really well to me. She did not hurry me in any way. All staff at Attune Rockhampton have always been helpful and friendly.

I could not have asked for better service from Kar Won and Summer. They are both a delight to know. Kar Won explained everything in a clear way to my husband and me. I highly recommend this business.

I have had one experience before with a hearing company and yesterday with Kar Won, wow what a difference. Kar explained everything I needed to know in a clear and professional way. This delightful young lady is a credit to your company, and I am looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks time. Sommer also is a kind and pleasant young lady and I thank her for her help also.

It’s been nine years now that Sue Warmsley has been managing my hearing loss. Because I had such faith in her professional knowledge I agreed to a Cochlear implant this year. This was a big move for me and she has valiantly guided my ‘switch on’ and ‘mapping’ with real patience and consideration for my well-being. It has all been huge and still in the pipeline! I would recommend her to anyone at all. As for Jacki and Sumer on the desk and phone- words could not cover their continual smiles and positivity with each visit. We are like old friends now?!

My experience with Sue and her team a t Attune Rockhampton is definitely 5 stars! From the preliminary tests before my cochlear implant to now months later the service is amazing. Nothing is ever a problem. Sue is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly whilst her team organised everything else which saved me a lot of time. Very happy and recommend them to everyone!

All staff were wonderful and friendly during our visit today.The audiologist that worked with my two sons was amazing from the very start of the appointment right through to the end. She was very patient and worked with the boys catering to their ages, ability and understand perfectly to get the results needed. They are well organized with the covid-19 restrictions. I found attune Rockhampton fantastic, my daughter is only 19 months as you can imagine a difficult age. The audiologist was very patient and worked with her to get the results needed. They are well organised with the covid-19 restrictions. With plenty of social distancing organised in the waiting room.

The annual hearing test led to some changes being made to the settings in both of my hearing aids. The final settings were excellent and let to improved sound.
