A total and complete rip off. The Fragrance Net online store said an item was available, so we went ahead ordered and paid for the item. After over 2 weeks we heard nothing from them. When we contacted them they were not helpful at all and gave us a series of lies about ordering from America. We requested a cancellation and refund. After we made this request we heard nothing from them despite sending 3 more e-mails. Then we received a notice saying the item was being sent after we had stated we wanted to cancel and receive a refund. Their so called customer service standards are non existent, they don't respond to messages and they clearly operate a very incompetent, untrustworthy and improper company. Their business practices are unprofessional, deceitful and unethical. We are forwarding a complaint to Consumer Affairs. NEVER deal with this company.

Please don't buy anything from this website it's a scam. Please I beg you. 😔 You will never receive your order. No one answers the phone. No emails get replied to. It's completely a scam. I don't see how they're still in business.
