WORX Australia レビュー

I have been using a works electric drill for many years and have loved the product. I chose a works brush cutter, because of my satisfaction with the brand.

I got my items very efficient and good condition.

Always impressed with products I have bought previously and now have bought the leaf jet which I am happy with.

The mower and whisper sniper were easy to use. Need at least 2 more batteries, this reduce the need for recharging before mowing the lawn.
They arrived in good time

The tools are great and bought several tools before I signed up to buy more and great to have power share. The latest delivery, I have a missing battery and check the delivery docket and not even tick the checklist. It says two battery but I only received one. Still waiting for the email reply regarding my inquiry about my missing battery. Tried to call but put in a queue. I’m working so I cannot be on the phone for a longer period to wait. Unfortunately, I only have Saturday off and their office open on weekdays. Hopefully I get an email back

Worx support staff were great. Worx shipped my item really quickly and it arrived in two days. Cannot fault them!

Communication was timely. Product was much as described by online reviewers. (It was rated best in its class by several trusted reviewers.) It is light and manoeuvres well. Does a great job on my 40 square metres of lawn and edges well. Can get into small spaces, too. It suits my needs exactly. If your needs are similar, I would recommend it. Note: the turbo button is now an automatic function of the machine.

Good quality products at a reasonable price.

Website easy to use , great deals and good quality equipment

I was looking for a circular saw to compliment my battery tool range, logged onto the Worx website to find a great deal on the saw's and also a battery and charger.
On receiving the items the battery wouldn't charge and appeared dead, I lodged an online report with Worx and included some photos and without any problems I received a replacement in no time.
