Auction House Japan レビュー 

I was using sbt japan previously but due to delayed process i decided to go for auction house japan. Thanks to acutionhousejapan.jp for delivering my vehicle in quick manner. I received my BMW blue color with all accessories as i ordered. Thank you AHJ and Mansoob who was dealing with me throughout the process.

My friend Eric told me about auction house japan, and he imported a v nice car last year for his home use. i came in contact with Allen in Jan 2020 this year. Allen guided me, me how to import car in Germany. i purchased Toyota Corolla Axio 2010 Hybrid from them, and i got my car in April. Sharing my good Experience with everybody now. Thank you AHJ.

My friend bought a car from these guys but since it was not delivered I posted here a few weeks ago. I got contacted by Mr Adam Carter (whether real name I don't know). He gave me a US number which he claimed he is using from Japan and asked me to ad him on whatsapp but as soon as the phone cut when I tried to ad him the number was not registered to whatsapp and even trying calling the number it does not work. Now I have taken the matter with the police. These people are scammers.

I am posting this review once again since the last one isn't reinstated yet. Well market used japanese cars in Jamaica and have been working with Auction house Japan since we began business. They prioritise their customers above all else and always appear up to the mark in term of the quality and quantity we need each month. In my opinion, AHJ are the best exporters.

I have used the services of AHJ and in particular Stam Joseph who is the manager of that company since 2018. I was very reluctant initially, but Mr. Stam helped me out a lot, he's not only very helpful and kind but also very knowledgeable and the prices he offered me were the best that i could find locally or among other companies. I would highly recommend everyone try their services as I’m very satisfied and Mr. Stam is a wonderful person to work with.i was working with company last 10 month I bought about 30 cars and will continue

I recently import Honda Vezel 2018 Z using services of Auction House Japan. I am happy and satisfied with their services. God bless them. There was slight delay in sending the BL documents, but as courier services are suspended throughout the world, but i am satisfied. that's why i am giving them 4 out of 5, not 5 out of 5.

I made payment in January for a mitsubishi outlander... until now, i have received no documents, unit hasnt been shipped, it just lies and more lies. 1st was that the agent working on my order got ill, 2nd is the unit is in a locked down city ...... i am sure the manager has another excuse for me this week since documents were not sent last week as promised,

They lie and mislead you but the real issue is they don't pay the freight for shipping which cause a delay in receiving the BL. This causing you storage fee. They don't reply to hoegh about freight payment or customer
Buy from another site.

I am very disappointed with the company call auction house japan the seem to be a scam it been 4 month now I make a trasfer to the company for a unit of 6 Honda fit till now I have not got my cars or my refund I am taking it up with Japanese embassy and the Interpol to stop the scammers

I came about Auction house Japan (AHJ )as I was searching for a car to buy for my personal use from Japan online in January 2020. I met a sales men who eventually introduced me to one Mr Robart. Before I made any payment, nice photos of lowly priced cars were sent to me through Whats up and 100% guaranty buy car no delay .for while have I know that this was a trap!

Troubles began when I deposited 300000 JYN(2500 euro) on 17th of January 2020.The agreement was to purchase the car and have it delivered at Limasol port by March. Nothing was done! Mr Robert is one fraudulent person at AHJ, first he started by making excuses and excuses. Promises after promises. Bids for a car and comes back with excuses(bidding team not available . in the night conform bid everyting ok 100% sure win car. Next I asked for result he just disappear 3 days later answer me he did not bid .i was shocked what a lie ) ....the price is high, the translation team are looking at the engine....the car is in a faraway port....none of the cars at auction is of good quality...only few cars are coming in auction. Fraudulent Robart bid a car 5 tiems during 5 weeks and did not win .

As at today, the car has not been bought, car was on the one price which is buy from direct dealer I told him okay i will pay more buy from them but he did not give me so much excuses (bidding team , price high , ect ect . eventually I said to him i don’t want car any more give my deposit back from them he disappear. I send mail no respond. on whats up no respond, call no answer.

So fraudulent Mr. Robert and the company that they have now blocked my telephone number, my calls can’t reach them unless I call using a different phone number. Their contact tab in their website is inactive and therefore you cannot reach them through email address, the only way you can reach AHJ is through watsup! And on whatsup no respond at all.

All I want is my refund, i will be contacting the following entities to assist me recover my funds incase I do not get my funds by next week.
1. JUMVEA
2. Tokyo Chamber of Commerce Industry
3. Embassy of Cyprus in Japan
4. Embassy of Japan in Cyprus
5. I will post every single social media I know. every forum I know in Europe and Asia
I will be posting here at a later date of the happenings and progress.

Bottom Line: Do not risk your hard-earned cash with Auction House Japan. Very fraudulent company!

My experience with this company was really fantastic. I have applied for the Range rover 2013. The Agent Mr Paul was a really good and professional man he deal in a good manner. My shipment got late but it was because of some weather change. Here I see most of the people have bad review for the company. I don't know why they had a bad review for them. However my whole experience with this company was really good and will be looking ton have future deal and will recommend the people to have purchases from Auction House Japan.

Following the two reviews i did 13 March 2020 and 2nd April 2020 regarding delays in Action House Japan refunding my 1,000Usd, i would like to report that the funds have since been refunded back to me, the funds were received on 13th April 2020. Let me take this chance to thank my agent, Mr Gordon who has assisted me in ensuring that the funds were wired back to me, once again, thanks! You are a true friend and a brother.

My disappointment with AuctionHouse Japan for the fraudulent actions.In January 2020 got two invoices for procurement of two Toyota hiace vans at each $7100 and secured invoice no.AHJ-01-3811289343 and AHJ-01-0911296319.After payment of 50% on both vehicles and getting a reply that payment was acknowledged. There came in other technicalities of vehicles failing to pass inspection.
However did give in an option of Toyota Vanguard 2007 which was won at $6180 and was told that by 29th March it would be shipped.Since then I have been getting a number of excuses.
I pronounce to take the mantle to make a follow to all relevant authorities including the relevant Embassies and intetpol to recover my money
Otherwise I cannot loss all that when I have evidences and known to high ranking officials.
Fellow Ugandans and Africans stand warned you are dealing with a fraudulent company.

They promise the world until you send them your money then they just ignore you
Sent more than 1 email no replies no calls back
Before they would call and show 110% interest

All person,who didt get money back-Did you report to police and ministry of commerce?

My name is Miketia george of Antigua I wish I could gave them no star .I order a vehicle from Joshua Austin from AHJ OVER 4 months he send me the invoice I payed in full one time now every time I message him he took forever to reply ,alway the same BS the vehicle is here in in Antigua (so they say ) I cannot get my documents cause their is some mix up I ask them to surrender documents so I can the vehicle out of the port bearing in mine I have to be paying storage which I was told that is $60 a day I need help I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE DOES VERY VERYY BAD SERVICE .

Going on the 4th month after making full payment. Still no documentation for the vehicles. They will steal your money. Do not buy

These guys are not even Japanese.
They are Pakistani fraudsters.
they will pretend to come to you with different names like Alvin Fernandes and Lee Murphy.
They make up such realistic stories. They will give you all the attention when you show intention to buy, with a brilliant sales pitch, once you have paid the money, they freeze and suddenly disappear.
When you do an online lookup, they seem so legit, but they are not.
I ordered a car, paid $7500.
After receiving my payment, they just disappeared.
Would not answer my call, phones, emails.
Through some influence I managed to freeze their bank account , then finally after 5 months they sent my car.
The car they sent was not what I had ordered.
It was of different color, and cheaper price.

These guys are Frauds, they do not even possess a vehicle trading or exporting license.

Please stay away, Beware.

Kindly have really waited for your case will be sorted sooner,when am i getting my refunds back? 5 months down the line is not soon anymore? does it mean you only refunds money when you are hanged or pushed to the end wall,writing to you after pocketing the money is just a waste of time since you have a simple answer and then you rest ie you case will be sorted soon and that is it? ooooh ok

Am really disappointed on how you handle customers...have been requesting some information on the car i have imported and no one is attending to me..its now week i havent received any response
