Terrible Service. Car is not fit for purpose as screen stopped working months ago and I have been told it is a problem with Q3s of this model. The company's response is there is nothing they can currently do about it. No solution or timeframe. Customer service teams provides no service and is a waste of time.Even by buying the car through Audi I was required to provide that I was the owner after spending a long time on the phone to them. I have better things to do with my time that be put on hold and here nothing from them. I do not recommend buying an audi.

Attended booked recall service...after 45 minute drive told no parts. Didn't call me, didn't apologize. Advised Audi Australia of this and another customer service issue and there reply was...u are now booked in...no resolution. Why bother with these people u just wasted your time on incompetence and don't care people.

Doesn’t deserve even one star!
I really thought Audi is a reliable car until my car leaked. I actually regret buying my first luxury car from Audi which I wanted to get a Mercedes or a Porsche but then I thought Audi is better but I was wrong. Staff at first are nice especially the salesperson after that Goodluck! They won’t listen to what you say and asking me to pay for the repair of the parts of my car that person who did the service of my car.. how’s that?! I told them you broke this part and then the next service asking me to pay for that and then my car starts leaking which I thought my water bottle was leaking when the water bottle is the Audi water bottle and it wasn’t leaking I let it cos I really thought it was from that water bottle until it was like a flood inside my car. Still in warranty when it happened but because I have another mat under the mat of the mat that’s why I didn’t know that it was really saturated until I have to change the mat and found out that it’s like flooding and the smells like a cat piss but yeah Thanks Audi for being helpful to me and I was actually planning to buy a new car but I think I would rather go to different luxury brand than Audi.

Terrible car. I thought Audi is quality German engineering, but I was wrong. Bought brand new in December 2018.

I bought it from Audi Penfold Burwood In Melbourne. In 6 years we have done only
less than 90,000km. Nothing but trouble.

On 27th December, we were travelling from Canberra to Sydney. Suddenly car RPM went very high on Middle of freeway, I stopped on the side of the road to see what’s going on. After switching off the engine, car would not start. Ended getting up tow truck to towed to the Audi Canberra Dealership. They could not find any fault, why car wouldn’t start.
After 10 days of constant follow up finally answered to me that there is less compression on all engine cylinders.

To do further testing and investigation they need to strip the engine which will be charged to me $9650, if they find that engine needs replacement, new engine of Q5 3.0 TDI will cost approximately $30,000. Plus plus plus ….

All this unnecessary electronic crap keeps going wrong. Parts are extremely expensive. Audi Australia and their dealership are not willing to help or taking any blame of defective piece of German engineering.
Do yourself a favour and don't buy.

I can go no lower than 1 star cause Audi Five Dock doesn’t even deserve a star.
Mum went into Five Dock Audi 3 months ago and payed over $75000 for a Q3 with a dash cam to be installed. They pick up the brand new car and drive it home which took them around 15 minutes. Star and mum started having a look at mums brand new Audi. Straight away they noticed a deep scratch on the front bumper bar which they never noticed in the dark showroom.
Star and my mother take the Q3 straight back to Five Dock Audi and showed them the scratch. Straight away they were accused of doing it during the trip home , luckily they had the dash cam installed so Star and mum told them to go through it to prove they had nothing to hide and that there was no accident during the trip taking the new car home.
Star and my mother were treated like lieing criminals and the salesmen at Five Dock Audi went through the dash cam footage for almost 2 hours, even went as far as translating the conversations between them to English.
Upon realising it wasn’t during mums trip home that the scratch happened they agreed to fixing the scratch. I said to mum they should have given her another new car but that’s a different story.
Mum insisted during the repair job of the scratch that the bumper bar not to be taken off. She made that clear as black and white cause even as a lady she knew when putting the bumper bar back on you never will get its original look. The clips that hold the bumper will never be like it left the Audi factory line. Instead she knew from experience that it will look like a repair job where clips, gaps and alignment of headlights, bumper and grill will never look as the car is new and she was right.
So what does Audi Five Dock do they get some apprenticeship to take off the bumper for paint job and get another inexperienced worker to put it back on.
The cars been there for 3 months and they just can’t get it right. A scratch for gods sake. Every time they call and say the car is ready to be picked up mum finds pathetic mistakes like overspray of paint on grill or one side near the right headlights has a massive gap compared to the other side. How about this one they call and say it’s ready for pick up and do nothing at all and that waiting period was 3 weeks.
I told mum before she bought the Audi she was making a big mistake and told her to buy what she knows to be good which is a Saburu Forrester. Now she knows the mess she got herself into.
If anyone out there reading this don’t buy Audi specifically from Five Dock Sydney. Instead of 1 star they honestly don’t even deserve one turd.
Pathetic company, dishonest salesman even if you were going to get your newly bought Audi serviced how can you trust this lot that can’t even handle a scratch. The cars been ripped apart like it’s been hit by a bus.

Would never buy an Audi from Zetland. Negotiated a deal on a demo. Offered to pay a deposit while he was getting me a price on wheels. They went and sold the car from underneath me. Very unprofessional. Reason why car salesman have a bad rep.

My 2022 Audi RSQ3 has only 55,000 km, and the right front shock absorber was found bent, yet Audi refuses to cover it under warranty. The car has never been in an accident or hit a pothole — this is clearly a manufacturing fault.

Audi Doncaster had the car earlier and completely failed to diagnose the issue, only re-tensioning the subframe. The problem came back shortly after. The car has now been sitting at Audi West Melbourne since 1 October 2025, and I’ve had no proper update or resolution.

For a so-called premium brand, the lack of accountability and customer support is shocking. I’ve owned several Volkswagen Group cars before and never experienced anything this poor.

Audi Australia needs to seriously improve their communication, technical diagnosis, and customer care. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend Audi to anyone.

I purchased a q7 5.0 TDI Sline from this dealer. As part of the purchase I received a 100,00km service pack. Car was used for commercial purposes and dealer was aware. On a continued bases dealer had me wat extended periods for service. I believe internally causing services to go over the 15000km. Dealer staff continued to assure me that there would not be an issue and have documented everything to back me up. 6 months ago car would not start and breakdown Audi tech attended fault and advised alternator was going to die and immediately take care back to Audi. Took it to service and was advised battery was dead. Alternator has just died and Audi are refusing to honor warranty unless I authorize $4500 in labor charges. Raised issue with Audi Australia who are requesting I pay if fault is in relation to carbon build up. I have passed the matter to VCAT as Audi are refusing to honor the warranty. Please note this dealer service is moving to Essendon Fields. Car has been plagued with electrical issues. Had vehicle analyzed by another euro specialize and advised that DPF level is coming up as High but unable to resolve as Alternator is completely dead and vehicle requires a regen completed. This dealer is the worst I've ever experience. I believe this is not an isolated issue and believe this is standard practice. I have spoken to a number of operators and regulators and this dealer has a reputation for actively looking for reasons not to honor the warranty. I do believe it is important that consumers lodge our complaints and raise the issues with our local member of parliament so the regulator is aware of the issues we as consumers are facing. Dealers like Zagame West Melbourne should loose there Dealer license.

I am really disappointed with Audi Mosman.

These guys listed one car which is Audi q7 at $99,990 and i called them and negotiated and they were happy to give that car at $99,000.

I told them that i can give $3000 as deposit and will take couple of days as i have to show that to my wife . They said that no need of deposit at the moment and will wait

After couple days they changed the price to $108,990 and when i called the dealership that i am ready ti buy then the sales manager said that my Boss can change the price anytime and now it is $108,990 .

I told them that what is Audi’s credibility if you guys are talking like this and how can u change price like that when we are already in discussions.

She said that i will talk to my boss and come back next day which was saturday the 18th oct , but no one called .

These guys sold that car . This is really not a standard of Audi as company . Shame on this dealership . Link of the car is below

The Zetland sales center is extremely unethical and deceptive. My experience purchasing a car there was highly disappointing. Specifically, the financial department assured me that my deposit would be returned within 24 hours if I canceled. However, when I did decide to cancel the purchase, they failed to honor their commitment and refused to return my deposit.

Appaling service, called Audi Australia overseas call center 3 times today. Q7 off road for 6 months now
Refused to put me through to a manager or no manager available. It was like they were reading a script. Audi been off the road for 6 months with leaking heat exhange pipes. Refused to tell me what is going on without rego papers. Strange how they had no issied taking 18k off me for service and repairs for 3 yrs without rego papers or ID. Iam left with a non working Audi and have to take 2 cars everywhere as have 4 kids and no seven seater for 6 months with no updates from them.

We have an Audi Q5, which we bought new and have always serviced with Audi. Our car broke down suddenly because the rainwater was unable to pass through the provided passages on the roof from the sunroof. This is a design issue with Audi, and they never considered checking whether the passages were ok with each service. The motherboard is now faulty due to rainwater buildup, and the car will not start. Audi refused to claim it under warranty. Disappointed with Audi's service, I will never repurchase an Audi and will warn others against purchasing one.

Overcharging beyond RidiculousI took my car to the Audi dealer in Kirrawee for a service and was shocked by the final bill of $1,300. When I called to understand why the cost was so high, I was told that additional work had been done. After insisting on an itemised bill (which they don’t provide unless specifically requested), I was horrified to see that the labour charge was over $300 per hour. The cost for the parts replaced only amounted to around $350–$400, with the rest being exorbitant labour costs.
After much back and forth, I was able to get one hour of labour deducted. I also lodged a complaint with Audi’s head office, but their response, delivered by the Shainna (she didn't provide a surname) Customer Experience Ambassador, was dismissive: We have coordinated your concern with Audi Centre Sutherland and was advised that they have already explained the break down for the intermediate service. Whilst we can appreciate that this is not the answer you are seeking, please be assured that we have taken your concerns very seriously. We understand that you may not be satisfied with this outcome; however, this will be our final position in this case. Thank you for the opportunity to comment, and we trust this clarifies our position on the matter.

Audi assistance est une catastrophe. Aucune fiabilité . Des intervenants qui ne comprennent pas ce qu’ils font. «mon véhicule en dépannage a été déposé à 2h de mon domicile alors qu’un concessionnaire était à côté de chez moi 5 en vélo. Les taxis n’étaient pas à l’heure . Il faut les rappeler 10 fois pour avoir une réponse et à chaque un autre interlocuteur qui reprend tout à 0… catastrophe et perte de temps

I believe my vehicle is getting great service from an Audi dealer. However, Audi Australia is not helping me with the 2 year extended waranty and service plan (AAP). I believe I am having to pay for things that should have been done before I bought the vehicle and for things that should at least be considered as warranty issues. UPDATE 2/8/2024: Still getting great service from Audi Dealer. However having sought some help from Audi Australia they denied that I have an extended service plan at all. Have resolved this with the dealer I believe.

This is by far the worst service i have ever experienced. The team at Audi Zetland never follow up, the customer service is woeful. I have been waiting on a part for 8 weeks now, no communication, no response to emails or the service dealership. I have had nothing but trouble and have had to pose questions as to why faults keep recurring. Whether it be simply ignorance, laziness or disregard for the customer, i will never buy another car for this reason from Audi. I now will proceed with a Fair Trading complaint and a letter to the CEO.

Bought a Q5 dealer demonstrator in December 2021. 3 weeks, in 2 balded tyres cause by rear axle misalignment that should have been fixed as part of recall campaign. Almost ran the car off the road in the rain, tried to blame and charge me for the repairs. Not proactively contacted affected owners. Couple of weeks later the car is literally full of water, streaming from the tailgate, leaking into the boot, leaking through the rear seatbelts and fogging out all of the windows from the inside. Likely full of mould and a mobile health hazard. Booked it in again and told it needs another recall campaign completed. Off the road for 5 weeks and the repair centre can’t provide a loan car, Audi Australia took 25 days to organise a cab charge and 28 days a loan car. Finally got the car back after 5 weeks, the rear wiper blade isn’t working. Next bout of rain and the car is full of water again, leaking from all the same points. Rarely does anyone respond from Audi or their dealership, however I did find I could initiate contact by suspending the direct debit payments to their finance company. Offered a buy back on the vehicle but a replacement at a $300/month premium or $14.4K over the life of the finance.
