I had to make an emergency appointment (due to a flight within 48 hours ) to remove some ear wax via the micro suction procedure .
It was great I could make an online booking via the company website and managed to get an on the day appointment.
The receptionists on arrival were very friendly and my consultation was carried out by Mr Taylor Green and he was outstanding in both carrying out the procedure for me , his excellent customer care .
By the time I had arrived home the consultation assessment was already in my mail box .
I have had this procedure done numerous times before but Audiology Associates ( Ebbw Vale branch )
have definitely been the best company I have used so far and would not hesitate to use them again .

My child has been seen Rhys today and he was highly professional and talked about everything he was going to do and advised as he was completing a micro suction. Fantastic service and was really pleased. Highly recommended!

I’d been told by BUPA that my ears were “full of wax” so I made an appointment at Audiology Associates in Cardiff. The audiologist, Mr Green, was absolutely lovely and soon discovered that although there was some wax, it wasn’t too bad. He cleaned the wax out in no time. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Friendly and totally professional.

This was my first time having ear wax removal and the results were fantastic! I’m 25 and had no issues with my ears previously until the last few days I’ve felt some pressure in my left ear.

It didn’t go away, even though I thought it was nothing, I stopped by and asked for an appointment in which they managed to fit me in the next day.

I just left and the amount of wax they took out was absolutely unreal, it filled my ear canal and I didn’t even know it was there and building up for some time!

Claire was brilliant, explained everything to me and kept checking I was ok. I felt slight pressure and some cracking from the microsuction but nothing uncomfortable, if anything it tickled a little.

100% recommend this team, I feel better already!!

First class treatment from a very informative Audiologist who talked me through the procedure at every step and made the experience so straightforward. I recently had an unsettling experience at this location. While sitting in the reception area waiting for a family member, I overheard two staff members talking about a colleague behind her back. It was clear they didn't realize anyone was waiting, and it made me feel uncomfortable to witness this kind of behavior. Professionalism and respect are important, especially in a customer-facing environment, and it was disappointing to see this kind of conversation happening where clients can hear. I hope this is addressed to maintain a more positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone.

I had trouble with my balance and I had a procedure to correct this but Scrivens then refused on two occasions to test my hearing. Audiology were involved and Febrin completely exceeded my expectations. He performed the test, provided an upgraded pair of hearing aids but went much further in the fitting, adjusting and great care to explain and arrange a follow up to check and readjust background noise - all far too complex for me to explain here. Febrin is working out of the Worcester office.

Rhys put me at my ease and explained everything to me with no rush , very informative and the staff are so polite and friendly and professional, the procedure was both pain free and quick .very pleased .

Very professional company with quality staff, from the time I made contact with Audiology Associates I was treated with utmost courtesy, Taylor the audiologist diagnosed my problem and gave me several solutions. Once decided on the way forward my treatment was second to none and it’s a pleasure to hear the birds chirping away in my back garden something I have missed for a number of years.
You will not be disappointed in visiting this practice.

Went above and beyond for myself when in need! Staff are super friendly and supportive. As a person with problematic ears I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Took my 82 year old mum today to have her ears cleaned out, as she was really suffering and lost her balance. All went fine, was quite a challenge for them but my mum came out smiling. She was so grateful and couldn't wait to get back home to ring her friends and tell them she could hear again. Apparently alot of old dead skin in with wax which was quite stubborn. She had been to Doctors twice in last month where they put bicarbonate and 2 weeks later, she had then had to use olive oil but nothing was happening. Her friend had already been to Isan Road with great success and had recommended. So thumbs up to Audiology associates and recommending to all our elderly family members.

Very educational, l didnt realise how others suffer with their ears. Audiology Associates are professional, they are very patient with their patients, very experienced and are caring.
I watch everyday and am amazed with what they do. I am a Chiropodist and have experience of working with the general public.
May this carry on being something we can watch on a daily basis.

Dr. B is the best, obviously at wax removal, but he’s a great teacher and communicator.
