My trance airbud 850 broke down two times

I had purchased the trance airbud 850 a few months ago and the same right earbud suddenly stop working, I went to the service center they took a few days to fix it. But after using it for a few days it is again not working. I cannot use the earbuds after gettIng it fixed. It is there most expensive Airbuds.

Got the S350 neckband from Audionic

Got the S350 neckband from Audionic. Its a nice and value to money product with a satisfactory build quality and sound. Will suggest to improve the build quality further to make it comparable to the bigger brands.

Moreover, their customer support was good and also called to know about my experience during and after the order.

Very bad service

Very bad service. They send my parcel it was used thing. It was not working. They are not giving me positive response of any email and complain. They are not cooperative .
