Abysmal customer experience and really bad project management in Backerkit projects.

Projects delayed for months due to management issues on AudioRPG side, no interest shown to minimize the impact on customers and whenever contacted for informations they were ignoring mails unless pressed multiple times with public posts on social media pages.

Goods supposed to be received in October, we're almost in the new year and they still have to ship parcels.

Highly suggested to stay really away from them.
