We moved into a new build a while ago. Audus Kitchens fitted the kitchen units including a Bora induction hob with an integral extractor fan. We recently had a problem with cooking fumes when using the hob and contacted Audus. They were very responsive and their fitting engineer readily identified the issue and rectified it. Although the fitting was outside the warranty period Audus waived the call-out charge. I’m very pleased with their service provided and the kitchen units are great.

We had our kitchen installed a few years ago and have been extremely pleased with the design and installation. Recently we had an issue with a door not shutting completely. I enquired with the team and they arranged for a new hinge and they replaced and fixed the door at no cost. Amazing customer service! I would highly recommend the Audus kitchen team!

Audus Kitchens was the first showroom I visited when I began searching for a new kitchen a few years ago, and nothing I saw afterwards came close. I love the design, functionality and quality of my kitchen, and the aftercare service has consistently been outstanding. I recently contacted them about a cabinet whose hinges had lost their soft‑close feature, and within a few days a technician came out and replaced them in minutes.

I recently had a kitchen designed and installed by Audus Kitchens, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. We spent a long time researching and engaged with multiple kitchen companies in Reading, Twyford, Wokingham and Marlow area before going ahead with Audus kitchens.

From the initial consultation through to completion, the level of service and professionalism across the business has been outstanding and they stood out against their competition. The team took the time to really understand what I was looking for and produced a design that is both practical and beautiful, all within my budget. They were spot on in interpreting what we had in mind and translating that into a space that works brilliantly for our home. I also love the internal drawers organisation.

Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent. Every question was answered quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The installation team were equally professional, respectful of our home, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality finish. They started and finished ahead of schedule.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. The quality, attention to detail, and overall customer experience have exceeded our expectations. Audus Kitchens truly deserve recognition for the standard of service they provide, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We had a gorgeous Audus kitchen fitted last year. When we had a problem with the dishwasher - something had gone wrong with the casing and it was falling out of the cupboard - Audus got someone out to fix it really quickly. Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend them.

We recently had our kitchen designed and purchased through Audus in Windlesham. The experience has been very positive. Yasmin pretty much took care of all aspects of the design and material choices and came up with an amazing design. The showroom is relaxed and excellent. The after care has also been excellent. We did not use Audus for the install itself as we used our own builder, but in hindsight maybe we should have. The end result however is great and very much in line with the design put together by Yasmin. Recommended!

We are so glad we went with Audus. A friend recommended them after they did their kitchen and they were so right. Yasmin in Windlesham spent a lot of time with us getting the design just right. She had lovely design ideas, helped us with all the practical details (things we hadn't even thought of) and, most importantly for my husband, really helped us stay within our budget. The installation/management team were well organised and the communication was great, they told us what was happening every step of the way. The installers, Jason and Nick, were both really good. Jason did the main installation, including bespoke work on a pantry cupboard, and his knowledge and skill (and willingness to go the extra mile) made the end result so effective. Nick did finishing touches and was also really helpful. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen. We love the design, particularly how well the space is used and cannot fault the implementation. Our kitchen is now a joy to use and worth every penny we paid for it.

We had a wonderful experience with Audus, Yasmin was pivotal to our kitchen design and support throughout. Cannot recommend them enough, flexible and accommodating, and a great end product.

Ecellent company with first class after sales experiance. I had an issue wiith some shelving around 2 years after kitchen installation which was fixed promptly without any issues.

We had our kitchen designed and fitted by Audus about 2 years ago and a part needed replacing. It was through wear and tear and so I contacted them, expecting to pay for replacement and labour. However, it was all covered under warranty. At every step, Sarah made sure that we were well looked after - it was easy to arrange when the team were coming to do the work and they were brilliant.
Thanks so much to Sarah and all at Audus - we are really glad that we have an Audus fitted kitchen. We love it and it is even better knowing that the support is there if we need it.

Excellent design and customer service from Yasmine, both Gary’s, Nick, Adam and the whole crew at Audus. Very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish made very easy and stress free. Lots of options and huge range of high end products. Very professional, patient and knowledgeable staff and we’re very pleased with our finished product.
