The company was very responsive to my needs. They acted fast and to my satisfaction. I really appreciate a company with good customer support!

I had placed a reoccurring order 2 months ago. After receiving the 1st order and trying it I decided to cancel any further orders. Somewhere the cancelation request was never entered. I got a call from my fraud department at my bank asking if I had authorized a charge from this company. I said no. I contacted the company, informed them of all this. They immediately replied back and said within 24 hours I would have a full refund and they did.

Ani is was very accommodating after my package was “held hostage” by the correos in Spain. (This is the world we live in now?!) I contacted them and immediately they reshipped to my stateside address. It will be there waiting when I arrive home.😎👍🏾 very happy with the service.

The staff cannot have helped me more than they did. I had surgery and my surgeon didn’t want me taking a new supplements and I contacted the company and I could not believe how amazing they were to me. No problem. They sent me the information how to return it wanted to know how it was doing and let me know that they received it when I mailed it. I can’t ask for better care and they were great.

The promptnouse,I still have a full bottle that I opened yesterday,would be keen to buy again early next month!

After the initial order I was subscribed mistakenly as a ongoing order and the money was deducted but when I realised I correctly inform the company and they quickly taken the action to make sure that I got my money back which they did refund the whole amount straight away, I appreciate the honest trading of this company which I had very bad experience with some others online businesses.
