All went well on the clx we will see on refund. This dose not mean I won't use just finishing 1st bottle see what other 2 bring.

Their customer service is amazing, quick to respond to any issues and very friendly

When I reached out to company they responded promptly & took care of the issue.

They made the cancellation process very simple and straightforward. Many companies will give you a hard go when you try to end your subscription and try to force you to continue buying their products. Not so with Auniva. The product was fine, but it just didn't help me.

I ordered several bottles of one of their products, had not read the fine print and was delivered more bottles on auto pay-
Within five minutes of sending an email regarding the second shipment, I received a response.
If that wasn’t enough to realize how good customer service was, I recently had another correspondence and within two minutes, my question was answered, and it was taken care of. This is probably the best company I have ever worked with.

She assured me it would Deliver in up to 3 days and was apologetic. With it being attempted to be delivered and the carrier didn’t just leave it outside on the ground in front of of the door with ups closed for Holiday. It was kept safe

How quickly you responded to my message and how fast you handled the issue.

This product has been helping my health and I recommend it to everyone.

I noticed a major difference in how my feet and ankles felt you must be consistent and I will be ordering more I also like how the company responds I felt like they truly are concerned very helpful

They made a mistake with shipping, recognised it and fixed it promptly

They sorted out a problem of mine, probably with what I did, and they sorted it out within 10 minutes. A big thank you from an old man.

I reached out to them to cancel my almost shipped order and request a refund for the product I ordered that didn't agree with me. They responded within 24 hrs with a very positive response and complied with my requests immediately. They wrote me and honored all of my requests. I am very pleased

Customer service response time was fantastic!

My experience is I purchase the product and unfortunately it did not help my cholesterol so I had to return the product. I have to say Auniva kept their word and refunded me a full refund in a timely manner. Their customer service is wonderful!
