I have requested to cancel subscription several times and no one respond to my request, they keep charging me without my conscent.

They were proper concierge service that made it very easy for me to work with my travel schedule (off every two weeks and constantly on last minute meetings). The nurse was fantastic and explained the entire process which set the tone for the rest of the relationship. All the other specialists I met with were high quality and forward thinking. I also exposed to a ton of new health assessment technology…they are ahead of the curve.
