No customer service

Full of bs . Bought jio hotstar with vpn combo . No instructions are given clearly on how to do steps properly. Resulting device ban for 24/7 . And after that trying to contact them is also a hassle because they don’t reply back properly and doesn’t help . Payed extra than seller but still zero help from them . It’s been 5 days i couldn’t use jio hotstar for even 5 mins . Texting them is useless because they respond according to their mood . And tells to send otp then disappear when i send it . I am tired of this

Due to strict VPN restrictions on JioHotstar India, server switches trigger an automatic 24-hour lockout, which temporarily blocks OTPs. We realize our instructions and response times were not good enough, and we apologize.

Here is how we are making this right for you:
• Moving You to Canada Server: JioHotstar Canada is far more stable with no severe VPN lockout issues. We are migrating your account right away.
• Subscription Extension: We will add extra days to your plan to make up for the 5 lost days.
• Priority Live Support: Please send us a direct message with your Order ID. A senior support team member will guide you live step-by-step until it works smoothly.

Once we resolve this completely, we hope you will consider updating your review.

Impressive JioHotstar Service

The service is really good. I took JioHotstar and Disney+. Disney+ is fine enough but logining with Verification Code is quite annoying. But there JioHotstar Service is the Greatest thing I had ever experience. That's true that there JioHotstar login is less than 10 minutes. Far better than other Hotstar providers who takes hours and even days to get me login.
