ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!! I’ve been emailing them for 44 days & not once have they replied, their website support chat of Mark & John just keep saying we’ll let the team know & they should email you back tomorrow.
I’ve provided screenshot proof I never even went remotely close to the trailing daily drawdown or max drawdown altogether, I never broke the 00:00 UTC reset, & yet the system carried over my losses of several days over into one… I have the proof but I can’t upload pictures on here…
Besides the point, even if I was wrong.. they don’t respond nor do they want to I’m sure of it because I’ve sent out over 19 emails & contacted their support almost ever 2 days!!

Hello, I got an account from aurafunded prop form. They said the company was updated and would start operating in 48 hours. But it's been 72 hours and there's been no communication.

They are doing a very bad job. They blocked my account without any warning. They did not even give any explanation for this situation. It is a very shameful situation for such an irresponsible company. I asked for my little money and they blocked my account. Never contact this company. The worst account in the world.

The Propfirm is great, it has great products depending on your niche .
I passed a 10k account ,Their KYC is quite simple .I have requested a payout . I am waiting to see how fast I get approved .
Customer support is where I want to address ,they should add more personnel as the communication is slow as compared with the rest

This month of Mai , aurafunded stoped payout all request are pending i didnt break any rule i'm waiting my 3rd payout and it is pending from last month , more then 20 days pending soon 1 month pending ! i told you again i didnt break any rules , the withdraw pending from april to now : The broker will down then simply aurfunded stoped payout and the site will close by the 27 mai of this month so dont invist on aurafunded be aware !

This prop firm is a scam do not buy challenges from them. The first time I requested a payout I got an email notifying the reason for rejection and I can see it on the dashboard. I just got rejected for my second request for payout and this time no email and on the dashboard no reason for rejection they just don't want to pay.

Support most of time doesn't answer, especially when you request Rules confirmation 😞

Payout not a good experience with legal team wich also doesn't answer when they reject a payout composed with more than 1'000 trades and ONLY one trade rejected with no clear explanation and no answer.
For a good and loyal customer as i'm am, it's not fair enough. Sensation is that if they find one trade wrong it's a good reason to reject. Core business is not to support customer but only to sell only challenges. Not a winning strategy
That's their choice unfortunately....
