I am happy to receive the product, it seems to work great. The after purchase tracking was very good. My only complaint would be related to the order process. I need to know UP-FRONT whether the product is being shipped from another country. I am presented with a total price, then, after it gets processed I note that my PP account was hit with extra taxes (tariffs). I don't necessarily mind paying them, but I would like all information up-front!

The mops don’t fit the advertised mop brands. The refuse to give a full refund, even though their website said they would. I’ve sent multiple emails, photos, and even a video to show their products don’t fit! The offered a “partial” refund. It’s a scam company.

This mesh nebulizer really does work!!! This small device is silent when in use, can be placed in your bag, works by battery or usb port, easy to fill with Saline or Abuterol and administer . Comes with an adult mask, childs mask, and an easy to attach tube to breathe in your meds. Three different speeds, this is great to have- easy to use, doesnt wake anyone up, so glad I purchased this- Thank you!

It was something I thought at my age, and that I am home alone most of the time that I should have. So you delivered on a timely manner and the product looks not to hard to work.

This company is a joke..They claim a big sale , then after shipping and 'fees' it goes from less than $20 US to almost $50 CAD...Still waiting, more than 2 weeks for anything except emails that say absolutely nothing that makes any sense. Contacted them, they refunded almost $8 that was supposedly charged "incorrectly" and told me to pound sand for the rest of it, since the product was in the mail and I had to wait until I received it..which was the point. According to them it's still in Austria..of course their ads never mention anything about where the poduct might be from. Still waiting...
