We brought Auraseed in to manage our email marketing, and honestly, the design uplift alone was worth it. The quality of what they produce is so far above what we had before that we ended up hiring them to handle design across other parts of the business too - that should tell you everything.

What really sets them apart is their understanding of the user journey. We're not a simple one-product brand - Balance has multiple collections, product categories, subscriptions, and customer segments, all with different flows and touchpoints.

Auraseed got their heads around that complexity fast and built segmentation that actually reflects how our customers move through the business. That's professionalism in my view.

Operationally, they're tight. Weekly call structure, dedicated team members who know your account inside out, and a level of organisation across their side that means nothing slips. You're not chasing updates or wondering where things are at.

Above all, Sean and Sean are top guys who genuinely care about supporting your growth.

They're not just executing a service, they're invested in the outcome. That matters when you're scaling and need actual partners, not just outsourced providers.

Auraseed works with many of our clients and does a phenomenal job with their email/sms marketing and management. We highly recommend them!

Aura Seed delivered visually strong and well-executed design work, creating a very positive first impression on a creative level. At the same time, the overall collaboration left a more mixed impression, particularly in terms of strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

On the positive side, the agency contributed several creative campaign ideas that aligned well with our brand identity. Communication was consistently quick, with responses often provided within one hour.

At the same time, the collaboration required more internal resources than anticipated. Previously discussed issues reappeared on several occasions, which led to additional revision rounds. In some instances, the required effort exceeded that of managing our newsletters internally.

While creative input was provided, the strategic support for automation flows remained limited. Access to the planned Miro board for flow development was not made available, and the implemented flows showed room for improvement in terms of segmentation and technical detail. Certain legal requirements for newsletter distribution were addressed later than expected and required multiple follow-ups.

Although campaign frequency increased, key performance metrics — such as open rate, click rate, and placed order rate — declined during the collaboration.

Based on these observations, we decided not to continue the partnership after the three-month trial period. Our new agency has since made several adjustments to the approaches previously recommended.

Overall, Aura Seed may be a suitable partner for companies with different expectations or workflows. In our case, the collaboration did not fully match our operational requirements.

The team at AuraSeed has helped us push our email marketing initiatives to a new high, working side-by-side with us to develop new ideas to reach folks.
