Gracias por entender mi equivocacion

Lamentablemente me equivoqué al entrar a la página ya que entre a un link donde daban un regalo y solo se pagaba el envío y al hacer clic en el pago me envío a su página para hacer el pago, no recibí el regalo y gracias a ustedes podré recuperar lo del envío.
Muchas gracias por todas sus gestiones.

Solution given

As soon as I reached my concerned I felt heard and helped. I just mentioned my situation because I felt a miscommunication and I didn’t want other people who through that. After that situation everything went actually great. I’m very happy with the solution given.

Estoy muy contenta con la respuesta recibida, la atención fue muy profesional y en cuanto solicite mi cancelación me atendieron de inmediato y sin trabas.
