I was primarily interested in domestic energy security and conducted an analysis of the potential battery solutions. I concluded that a Tesla Battery with 2 expansion packs met my needs and applied to Tesla who allocated Auream Energy for the installation.
I could not be more pleased with the process. Neil, the proprietor, provided me with a quotation and we agreed inconspicuous cable routing in my property and I agreed the quotation and terms.
The installation , which occurred within 3 weeks, was a smooth process. A carrier dropped off the equipment and later that day a fitter mounted the battery in the garage. The next day electricians fitted the gateway and connected the batteries to the grid and they system started charging overnight.
The after sales service was equally smooth. Auream Energy organised with UK Power Networks an upgrading of my grid fuse and also talked me through the connection with an energy supplier that met my needs. They also monitored, through their access the excellent Tesla App, my initial use of the system.
Overall I could not be more impressed both with the Tesla Powerwall product and the Auream Energy sales and installation team. I may well be interested in further Tesla power equipment in future and l will have no hesitation in engaging Auream Energy knowing it will be an efficient process.

Really good service. Very fast and got the job done with no problems. Would definitely recommend.

I needed an additional battery for my existing solar system, Neil at Auream Energy was quick to respond and amazingly helpful, the install was arranged and carried out perfectly.

Auream also put right issues that the original solar install company failed to do, I would absolutely recommend Auream Energy and will certainly use them again in the future.
