Once we confirmed the item wouldn’t be restocked soon, we contacted you with options, and you chose a similar replacement bag, which we shipped right away. As it’s a different model, it may not look exactly the same, though we selected the closest match. We also reached out to offer a return for a full refund if the bag didn't meet your expectations, but understand you preferred to keep the bag. Your experience is very important to us, and we’re always here if you need further support.

We’re truly sorry to read your review and hear about your experience.

We’d like to clarify that after your bag was delivered, we didn’t receive any concerns about the quality until we reached out to ask for your feedback. Once you shared that you were not satisfied, we immediately asked for photos so we could better understand the issue—especially as this design is one of the best-selling pieces in our Denim Collection and is usually well-loved for its look and quality. However, we did not receive any photos showing the concerns mentioned.

Nevertheless, your satisfaction is our top priority. Even without providing photos, we still offered a return for a 100% refund to resolve this issue for you, but we understand that you wish to keep the bag and do not want to return it.

We’re always here to support our customers and genuinely want to make things right. If you’re still open to it, please feel free to reach out to us directly—we’d be more than happy to assist further.

Dear Celia, according to our records, the order was placed on our website using your full name and shipping address. Shortly after, a claim was filed against us with the reason “Unauthorized transaction,” and the case was later resolved in our favor after investigation.

A few months later, you contacted us again regarding the bag after 2–3 months of use. Although the case had already been closed, we still offered to send you a brand-new replacement bag at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture.

Our team was therefore saddened to see this review while we were still trying to assist you. We kindly asked if you could update the review to reflect the support we provided, but this request was declined.

We are still willing to help and support you the best we can. Please kindly check your email for our latest updates, and we hope you may consider updating your review to reflect the full experience with our support team.
