Chalk wax - product as expected, reasonable delivery time

Really friendly assistant who made the experience so good 😊 loving my purchase, which has been worn several times already!

I wanted to put a wrong right, I previously gave a 1 star review due to my parcel not arriving, upon tracking, it came to light my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Aurina were quick to help me with the tracking details/Royal Mail confirmation etc and I now have my goods. The Coronation mug is very cute, thank you!

Lovely products but complete let down on delivery my Coronation order hasnt arrived and a previous order took ages to arrive not impressed

The candles were beautiful and very well packaged, and they also arrived really quickly.

I hate shopping with a passion so finding Aurina was a real joy - a really interesting selection of clothing at surprisingly affordable prices, plus the gently helpful service from the lovely owner (so much more so than the lack of warmth from the lady manning the shop a few days before - sorry!). I haven’t received it.
Despite paying for next day delivery. Nor have I received any update or explanation. I fully appreciate the impact of the postal strikes but there has been no communication whatsoever.

Bought a beautiful dress from the shop, the Internet was down but I had no problem paying for it later on line, a very good and friendly service which is not found a lot these days! Thank you.

I bought 2 Padstow scarves. Quality and design great. However the colour of the green scarf was disappointing and did not reflect the colour on the website ( pale green when I expected a darker more pine green colour)
