Ordered a vial recently and managed to stuff up the reconstitution myself - went cloudy. Emailed support not really expecting much since it was my fault, but they got back to me almost straight away and were really sound about the whole thing. Sent out a replacement free of charge on express, no hassle, no making me feel like an idiot for the mix-up.
