I also thought was Australian product, silk dress and knit jumper were nothing like to photos, terrible workmanship and fabric cheap, very disappointed. Wish these sites could be reprimanded some how.

Absolute rubbish!nothing like the photo,polyester material in the top you would get from Temu for $10...not the cotton/linen look in photo...for$69.99.

I purchase the comfort tank top from a company I thought was Australian and Australian made. Sadly no, the product came from China. The money back guarantee is only if you send back to China at your own cost. The product was glued together, poor quality, cheap fabric and I don’t know what sizing template they were using as it missed the mark too. Such a shame for this company who said they were buying globally to get affordable clothing. How about not and source quality instead.

Unfortunately I didn’t check for reviews before buying from this company. The business name implies that it is and Australian company and I felt comfortable buying from them. Sadly, the Women’s Fleece Jacket I ordered at a cost of $69.95 proved to nothing more than a very cheap item that I could have purchased at the markets.
When seeking a refund they offered 80% refund with the item being returned overseas at my cost (along with extra taxes and duties) the return of with the inclusion of extra charges is also not supported or provided by our own National carrier Australia Post.
This is just another overseas mob ripping us off. Do not buy from this supplier

This company are a scam the products are not worth receiving I just put mine in the bin after I tried to get a REFUND they offer 3 options, but they never answer any of them. Or you have to return the item to CHINA AT YOUR EXPENSE PLUS ALL TAXES. Their bank is based in the Netherlands!!! The shoes were total garbage. I have reported to my bank but I am convinced I have lost my $70. Do yourself a favour dont buy from Aussie Finest Melbourne

Dodgy product and sizing. The return process is convoluted and expensive. Not worth the trouble. Very disappointing. Not sure how I got sucked in, given the reviews are all quite clearly negative.

This is so unfair goods are from China, I’ve seen same outfits AI on Melbourne or Sydney posts. Poor quality fake, no response for a refund rubbish material. Making Australia look bad had to cancel my visa. Scam behaviour. Just beautiful pins.

I asked for a refund they offered me 50% refund to keep the order sounded good but i had no easy way to corresponde with them very misleading

I have been polite, calm and waiting patiently, now I’m upset and don’t want anyone to purchase.
I would like a refund , I’m not being unreasonable, it’s not just change of mind. I’ve done all the right things in returning.
Now To the point it’s giving me anxiety.

The quality of product (shoe) is cheap. It is so poorly made and far from an 'orthopedic" product as advertised. Do not be fooled by the "aussiefinest-melbourne"....the goods come from china. The return process is a nightmare which is probably the intention.

Worst shoes I have ever bought! As everyone says they trick you into thinking its from Melbourne. The quality is simply not worth $10 and yet its advertising for half price at $60! This company should be named and shamed. Not even bothered sending back as it probably will cost me so much to send back to China where they are made. I am now put off ever buying on line again!! It's also suspect the reviews they have posted. Strange I was getting a lot of promos popping up on Facebook and now I have received the shoes nothing...its like they expect you to do a bad review.

If I could give NO STARS I would. The quality of the goods is so poor it is simply land-fill. You cannot return goods as they are not in Australia as they pretend to be but based in China and the cost of returning anything to the location is outrageously high as there are many taxes. Warning not to purchase anything from here.

It is a Chinese company with product being made and sent from China. If you need to return something, which you most likely will, it needs to be returned to China at enormous expense.
