Highly Recommended – Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations

We initially sought help from our original migration agency to facilitate my son’s transfer to Perth, WA. After more than six weeks of waiting, all we received were repeated assurances of “follow-ups,” with no progress, no clear updates, and ultimately, no action taken.

Given the urgency of the situation, we reached out to Carl, who happens to be my son’s classmate. From the moment he received the necessary documents, he acted immediately... no delays, no excuses, just decisive and effective action.

To our absolute surprise, the Letter of Offer was issued within just 24 hours, and it was even released on a Saturday morning. This was far beyond our expectations, especially since the previous agency was unable to issue one at all.

What truly stood out was how quickly the Certificate of Enrolment was finalized, within only five days. This was made possible by Carl’s consistent follow-ups and genuine dedication to ensuring my son would not miss the start of his new school the following week. His urgency, commitment, and personal care made all the difference.

Meanwhile, the original agency remains inactive to this day, still offering promises of follow-ups without any concrete results.

Worst agency. The ripped off people’s money. I tried calling them several times but no response. Now I got to know that my friends also had similar experiences

I want to share my experience with Aussizz Group because it happened to me twice and both times it caused unnecessary stress.

The first incident was with my student visa extension. I lodged the application through them in February. I kept waiting for any update, thinking everything was being handled properly. After a long time with no news, I decided to check my ImmiAccount myself. That is when I discovered that my visa had actually been granted on 15 July 2025 and was valid until 11 September 2025. The grant letter had been sent directly to the agent’s email on the same day, but I was never told. For more than a month I had no idea my visa had already been approved. This could have created serious issues for my stay in Australia. When I raised my concern, they apologised and promised that my next visa would receive special attention.

I trusted them and went ahead with the next application.

But the same thing happened again. My latest visa was granted on 1 December and once again no one informed me. I only found out because I emailed them on 8 December asking for an update. I needed to travel back to my home country and I had been waiting for the visa grant so I could plan my trip. If I had not checked and contacted them myself, I still would not know the outcome.

A visa result is something that affects a person’s entire life. To be left in the dark not once but twice shows a serious lack of care and responsibility.

If you are thinking of using this team for your visa process, think carefully. Good communication is essential, and your future deserves better attention.

I am writing this review out of deep frustration and disappointment with Aussizz Group, especially the consultants Simmi, Nishu, Ruchika, and Saloni, who handled my case.

I trusted them with my future. I had a clear academic pathway —
I hold a Bachelor’s in Education and had supervisor approval from four major universities in Australia to pursue a Master by Research in Education.
The only challenge was that we were on a 485 visa with four months left before expiry.

Instead of guiding me honestly or advising the correct steps, they enrolled me into an MBA at a low-ranking institute (Polytechnic Institute Australia) that had no connection to my academic background, no relevance to my research plans, and no relation to my future goals.

Worse, they enrolled me into the October intake without informing me — even after I clearly told them that I wanted to commence my studies only after receiving my student visa.
We only found out when PIA emailed us asking for the remaining fee.
This caused enormous stress on our family:
• We had to arrange childcare for our infant daughter immediately
• We had to pay 75% of the tuition fees upfront
• I had to attend classes against my will, only to “maintain enrolment”
• We had to travel offshore and wait
• And finally, when they lodged the visa, it was refused within one week

The refusal reason?
Exactly what we warned them about:

The case officer saw no connection between my Bachelor in Education and the MBA they enrolled me in.

A straightforward, preventable mistake.

Instead of taking responsibility, we were then encouraged to pay even more money to take the case to Federal review.

At this point, it became clear that the priority was not our future — but extracting more fees.

I am sharing this publicly so other families do not go through what we went through.
If any agent promises they can “get you a student visa after your 485 expires,” please be careful and take their advice with extreme caution.

What happened to us has caused financial pressure, emotional distress, and derailed years of academic planning that I had worked so hard for.

I hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistakes and encourages Aussizz Group to act with integrity in the future.
