Wonderful experience!
I had been thinking of having a new engagement ring for a while as my old one was very worn. There are so many jewellers around and I wasn't sure where to go. I chose A&B as their Web site is amazing and reviews outstanding.
On the day of my appointment my husband was ill. I wasn't sure whether to cancel or go alone...decided to go alone and so pleased I did.
My appointment was with Kirsty whom unfortunately was busy with a customer, this wasn't a problem. I was introduced to Mitch and he apologised on behalf of Kirsty. I explained that my husband was ill and I felt a little embarrassed and anxious - looking for an engagement ring on my own.
Mitch was lovely and I felt at ease immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and know matter how many rings I tried, Mitch was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. (By the way, when Kirsty was free, she apologised and made me a cup of tea)
After viewing many beautiful rings,discussing everything there is to know about diamonds (I learned a lot) I finally chose a stunning ring. When my ring was ready to collect I had an appointment with Kirsty whom I have to say is just as lovely, welcoming and friendly as Mitch.
I hope A&B appreciate just how professional, and sincere their staff are. Mitch and Kirsty are a credit to Austen & Blake Nottingham.

Mitch the Magic Man
Amazing experience in the Nottingham branch with Mitch! I was looking for a gift for my mum and Mitch was so knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect item! Mitch made the whole selection process fun and exciting experience, he kept me updated through the whole process even after ordering making it seamless and easy for me! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get that perfect piece!

Just what I wanted
We walked into Austin and Blake Nottingham to very friendly smile from Mitch, we did not really know what to expect as had only browsed a few shop windows looking for a eternity ring. have to say we were blown away by the choices and the quality of the stones you could have made for you I found everything I was looking for at a price I could afford and Mitch who went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and more Mitch is the most knowledgeable, pleasant caring professional person I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet, and on
purchasing my dream ring I was given lots of updates on the progress of it being made. I went to collect my ring and I have to say when I open the box I was over the moon absolutely beautiful and thank you so much Mitch for being so helpful on my journey to find my dream ring best regards, Michele and Darren

Great company!
I decided to purchase an engagement ring from the Nottingham store after me and my girlfriend popped in the year before to browse through their range.
As we were travelling through South America when I decided to purchase the ring, I corresponded with one of their advisors Natasha and she was fantastic in helping me with the order processes.
They kept the ring safe in their store for 4 weeks until I could pick it up when I returned back to the UK.
I’m happy to say that I popped the question 3 days ago outside the Taj Mahal and she said YES!!

Highly recommend! Amazing knowledge and gorgeous ring
So happy with my ring thanks to all the help from Natasha. She talked through the diamond vs lab diamond and all the other aspects there are to choosing a diamond. I liked how the ease of the website so we could see the price change when changing the options e.g cut, clarity and polish. Recommending to all my friends 😊

Excellent Service
From the moment I walked into the Nottingham branch, I knew I had chose the right people to deal with.
Natasha went beyond expectations to find the right stone for me (I had a fairly specific request from my other half), and spent weeks/months looking for me.
Natasha kept in contact with me throughout, and even after discussing the design / making of it / collecting the ring, the aftercare has been just as good.
Everybody else at Austen Blake has been a pleasure to deal with also, but Natasha is a credit to the company.
I will definitely be coming back

I found my dream engagement ring…
I found my dream engagement ring here that I still can’t stop staring at. We were supported in store by Kirsty on a few visits, she really made choosing a ring a stress free and enjoyable experience! I never felt rushed at any point to make a decision or purchase, which I had experienced in other stores. Kirsty is extremely professional and knowledgable and really went over and above to try and find the right ring, including ordering different styles into the Nottingham store from other stores. I really can’t thank her enough and would recommend this store to anyone searching for that perfect ring!

Amazing way of buying a ring
Amazing way of buying a ring, we used the Nottingham store. First you choose the band metal and setting, then find the exact diamond from the internet to your budget by size, clarity and cut step by step all with their help to understand exactly how sparkly your gem will be . Kirsty explained everything so we understood what to look for, rather than just buying a ring from a shop you know exactly the quality and technical details of the diamond made bespoke with GIA certificate in Hatton Garden at a very reasonable price
