Shivarni was incredibly helpful, making the difficult choice of choosing the right wedding ring easier. We liked the wide range of rings available as well as the options on metals and stones. I found the perfectly shaped ring to match my engagement ring and would definitely recommend the company

Alanna was the best!
We came to Austen and Blake for my wedding band. Alanna was amazing from start to finish. We knew what we wanted but as my engagement rings isn't a standard shape we were struggling and even told by other jewelers we wouldn't be able to get one without having it bespoke made. Alanna saw my ring and straight away knew what would work and brought out the perfect band! Delivery time was excellent and we now can't wait for the big day. 100% recommend

Shivarni was a huge help. We went in with a design in mind and they were extremeley accommodating. She talked us through the bespoking process and showed a similar design, which we ended up choosing. Made a special occasion very enjoyable. Thanks very much

I dealt with Matthew in the Nottingham…
I dealt with Matthew in the Nottingham store, he was super helpful throughout. I bought an engagement ring and had a lot of questions and wasn’t 100% sure on the type I wanted, he was happy to spend time with me running through various options and explaining each detail along the way, and was able to answer any questions I had when designing the ring and show me various styles in the showroom. The ring is perfect, massive thank you Matthew for all your help and for putting me at ease in what was a big decision! 11/10!

Shivarni was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the different variations in diamond qualities.
Having chosen diamond in store, I came away and decided to change my mind on the choice of diamond and this was acted upon and changed via email almost straight away.
The whole process was straightforward and without issue from start to finish!

Had an appointment with Shirvani who was brilliant for me (who has no clue about rings!). She took her time to educate me on rings, and within 45 mins we narrowed down the perfect ring for my other half! She even got the order to be delivered at short notice just in time for the big question! Thankyou Shirvani

incredible service and support
Alanna was incredibly helpful from initial consultation through to handover.
She rushed through the order for me so I could get the ring before I went away on holiday and her communication throughout was impeccable.

A+++ service
great service from start to finish. It was important for us to make the right decision when it comes to rings and staff made sure we make the right choice by giving advice and showing lots of examples. Rings arrived very quickly and just how we wanted it. Matt and Shivarni were amazing! Would definitely recommend!!
