Austin Couture took me somewhere different from what I expected, but I actually enjoyed browsing the current storefront. There is an unusual mix of everyday pieces such as an oversized cotton T-shirt, lip balm, coloured glassware and ceramic home accessories, alongside a few digital products. I ended up looking through more categories than I normally would because the selection isn't completely predictable. The old Austin Couture branding is no longer very visible, which was slightly confusing at first, but the current shop itself is clean and simple to browse.

I bought this blue ribbed vase to replace a glass one that broke. The color is a really soft sky blue, and the ceramic feels heavy enough that the cats won't knock it over. I actually emailed Jessica from their team about shipping and she got it sent out the same afternoon. The opening is slightly narrower than I pictured, so it won't fit a massive bouquet. But it holds a standard bunch of grocery store tulips perfectly. The textured lines look nice catching the afternoon light.

I bought this dark green polo looking for that classic, understated aesthetic, and it really delivers. The color is a deep, rich green that pairs perfectly with khaki trousers. The fabric feels very high-end and breathable, keeping me comfortable during afternoon golf rounds. I'm giving it four stars because the collar tends to curl just a little bit at the points after a long day of wear, so it requires a quick iron before the next use. Other than that, it's a fantastic, elegant shirt.
