Sky Crown Online Casino レビュー

What a bloody joke. I just wanted to have a bit of fun, chill out and enjoy my evening. At first it all looked pretty good — heaps of promos, bonuses and all the usual stuff to get you in. But now I can't even withdraw my own deposit or my winnings, and support hasn't replied in four bloody days. Feels like an absolute rip-off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

They have refused to allow withdawl , took my deposit just fine but needed so much proof of accouny holder to payout amd have now blocked me never usr this casino you wont get your money

Ahhhhh were do I start, I opened an account during covid, I've moved twice since then and my bank card has been hacked so the address and bank card i put a deposit into my account with are different, I must of forgotten about doing it so about 2 maybe 3 years later I log in to find I had an account and played the money I won about 2 grand and tried to cash out but they wouldn't do it said I had to provide proof of payment,m address and so on, So I did this they still wouldn't cash out saying my address and bank card are different I explained what happened tried to change my address but they wouldn't let me, So I went into my bank got a letter from them stating I had made the payment I went back through my emails sent them my lease agreement to prove I was at this address at some point but they still won't give me my money, I've since played through a thousand but I'm refusing to play through any more, I'm about to go to their regulator to make a complaint, I tried to work with these people but their rude and by looks of it maybe corrupt as well :( sorry crown i don't like giving bad reviews but this is a joke, I jump through hoops to prove I made the payment and I did live at this address but nothing got resolved!!!! not impressed

Massive scam. They will take your money via bank transfer but wont allow you to withdraw it in the same way. They claim technical issues on their end, cant verify documents they take their time for a week, then they cant transfer money to your account its technical issues, download this other app get verified then we can send it there. BULLSHIT. Terrible app, not helpful customer service would not recommend.

Added edit:
The support team forces you to withdraw your money through another app, which requires full verification and proof for skycrown. Then when you do you get hit with the new app "mifinity" fees. Even when the support team was told under australian consumer law they couldnt decide not to return money in the same method it was received. They say "too bad, technical issue" with no date it can be corrected. All dodgy, as if id wanna speak with your support team ever again.

Horrible casino useless customer service do not recommend
