Austral Stones レビュー

A beautiful necklace. The opal looks exactly what is pictured. Just a little smaller than I expected. But still beautiful.

Very quick delivery and well packaged.

The watch is very pretty and unusual.

The ring was more beautiful than in the picture. I incorrectly ordered the wrong size and these amazing people went above and beyond to help me get the ring of my dreams in the correct size. I couldn't recommend them enough!! Thanks for all your help.

Fast Delivery. Quality Product. Very excited to gift my American daughter in law a piece of Australian beauty.

Easy to make a purchase.
And quick delivery!

Reliable timely delivery overseas and great quality.

Fast shipping and great quality opals- better than I imagined…. Absolutely stunning

I feel inferior metal was used as It made my wife's ears red and very sore so cannot be worn and stones are much duller than pictured

The large amount, and the quality of products offered by AUSTRAL.

Company has no care or concern for the products they sell nor the customers who buy from them. Still ongoing issues with my ring that was brought as engagement ring in Aug last year. Please do yourself a favour, save your money and go to another place to buy your products. 3 independent jewellers picked up the faults with the ring in a second. I have worn my ring (in nearly a year) only for approx 5months due to repairs and significant issues such as the thin band warping. Company ‘fixed’ ring to their standards, but to mine they made it worse. Company will now not help to resolve any issue with the ring. Absolutely disgusting that people take your hard earned money and don’t give you any help when their product is dodgy. Be very careful with this company.

Good customer service and delivery.
Very happy with order.

Simple ordering process, prompt delivery and my pendant was EXACTLY the same as it was online. So beautiful and alive with colours!!! I would recommend Austral Stones and I'd happily order from them again. Thank you!!!

The watch is both perfect within 10 days in the Netherlands thank you.

Fantastic communication, easy ordering, quick delivery and the product is beautiful.

The earrings look great—prettier than in the photos! However, although I ordered two earrings with two different name messages, I only received one bag. It would be much better if each order came with its own bag. Also, it would be great if the certificate of the stone were provided as a proper small card, since it feels a bit odd to receive it by email or print it out when giving the earrings as a gift.

I was worried about buying jewellery in Australia when I am based in the UK, but I need not have worried at all. Austral Stone kept me 100% up to date as to where my package was and when it was delivered I could not believe how well it was packaged. Beautiful jewellery, great prices and brilliant customer service. Cannot fault this company at all.

Love my cross with opal, it will remind me of my trip down under. Ty
