I was contracted to do translation services and provided timely translations. I have been chasing payment for over 3 weeks now and they are not responding. Their phone number does not connect. Fellow translators beware! I recommend clients stay away from this service and go directly to the NAATI website to find a translator. Very disappointing!
They seem to be scammers. I never contacted them, and they reached out to me asking for my personal documents.

Our system records indicate that a request for a translation quote was submitted through our website using your contact information, which is why our team followed up to assist you. We have also sent you a direct email detailing exactly when and how this request was received.
If someone else submitted this request in error using your details, please do not worry. We adhere to a strict data security policy: all contact information and documents are permanently purged from our secure servers within 24 hours if a project does not proceed. Your details have already been completely removed from our system.
