Very good service good delivery service and great quality clothes wouldnt definitely recommend this site/page for 10/10 quality

It doesn't even deserve the one star. Avoid at all costs, shocking customer service too. Waited nearly 4 weeks for a next day delivery which was an important present for Christmas (sa%#a), was assured numerous times after me contacting them that I would have it in time. They Left it till 22nd December to say they did not have my tracksuit. Got alternative tracksuit AFTER xmas, then they sent the wrong size, and now not replying to my emails after I was assured they would 'fix this' at the very beginning. Shocking

I ordered a coat from Authentic Ireland for my 12 yr old for Christmas. It arrived very quickly and was perfect.
Follow up customer service was excellent also.

I ordered a tracksuit that was too small and returned 3 weeks ago I was told 2 weeks ago I’d get a refund that week and still have not I’ve sent email after email and no one is contacting me back

Very disappointed

Bought a Trailberg jacket for my nephew for Christmas and it was missing the word Trail in Trailberg. The jacket cost almost €170 Emailed about it and was told it was faulty and I would get a refund on the 20th of January, received no refund and no answers back to any emails. Customer service is an absolute joke and my poor nephew thinks I bought him a fake jacket.

Customer service contacted me and have sorted the issue. I didn’t realize it was a small family business with minimal staff who by the sounds of it are doing the best to their ability. I was frustrated but now I have a better understanding of of starting a new business and the difficulties that come with that. Emily was great and I will be glad to use this company again .

Placed order before Christmas and received the order within the time stated, unfortunately part of the order was too small and I returned the order and it was received (according to the tracking number) before Christmas. I have emailed a number of times following up but have no valid response, no status of the return and no refund......still await a response. :(

Update: company have been in touch and arranged a full refund.

Placed an order 29th November. #12022 Aside from order confirmation Iv received no response to any of my emails since the order was placed. My card was charged over €159 but nothing received in the post , no shipping notification etc.

I ordered a tracksuit just before Christmas, it arrived on time, the quality of the tracksuit is very good and customer service is excellent as they kept in touch through email about my order. I would definitely order again.

Great customer service! When item went missing in the post they very quickly offered a substitute and got it to me as quickly as possible. Will definitely order again!

I would give this company no stars if I could, I have texted them on every social platform, sent numerous of emails and sent in many forms of there contact form on their website. I havnt received one reply. I ordered a large order and received a email stating it was on its way as they have “next day delivery”. I checked my order number with DPD and DPD are still awaiting my parcel, only a label created. This was for Christmas and I still haven’t heard back from anyone on their team or received my order and it’s Christmas Eve. Absolutely gutted, waste of money and time and a Christmas gift ruined !!!!!

I had a problem with the sizing of my tracksuit and the people of authentic Ireland where very good at sorting my issue.

Would not fault this company at all . There was a minor issue with my order I had placed and I received an email explaining what had happened and what options were available to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved straight away with no hassle at all. I will definitely be recommending Authentic Ireland to my family and friends.
