10/10 most thorough authentication process I’ve ever purchased. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is accounted for. I only have true peace of mind with them.

As a newer reseller, I had a very obscure line of Versace that I couldn't find any information about online (Versace Young). I read decent reviews about Authentic Detective and appreciated that the price was extremely reasonable as it's tough when you are just starting out to spend alot on getting something authenticated. They reached out and let me know because of the nature of my piece they needed a bit more time which I was happy to work with, as to me it is MOST important that it is done correctly, not necessarily quickly! The garment was tricky too- the wash tag was mostly washed out and 80% couldn't be read anymore, but I made sure to take a ton of pictures including the inside of the garment/stitching and they were able to give me the green light. Will definetely be using this service again, the last thing I want is to be selling something that is not authentic, so it is absolutely worth the reasonable cost to check, especially with designer and vintage things that might not have much online to be able to do your own checks on. Thank you!

Wow- another amazing experience with authentic detective. The customer service is top tier, I can’t rave enough. Very educated aswell! Needed an authenticity certificate for a bag I own; that sadly has some damage (missing some hardware) But even with out it being in “perfect” condition- they were able to still verify authenticity!! Real authenticators verifying, not some computer assuming. Not to mention the turn around time?! Wow. Always a 10/10 experience dealing with authentic detective!

Highly recommend Authentic Detective. Unlike some services their turnaround time is fast. Prices are reasonable and all authentications come with a COA. I have used other services before but hands down will only use AD now!

I used Authentic Detective to authenticate a Dior belt I found at the thrift store and it was the easiest and quickest experience I have had! As a reseller, I rely on them for help to make sure my customers get exactly what they ordered and Authentic Detective does exactly that in a no stress manor!

I found Authentic Detective to be thorough and they always responded quickly. They offer to review the item within a certain time frame and deliver on that promise. Definitely recommend!

Super fast authentication! I got my results in about an hour and even though my item was unfortunately not authentic, I’m happy to have gotten confirmation and was glad to get it so quickly. I also appreciated that reasoning was provided to help me spot fakes in the future (but I will definitely be relying on Authentic Detective to confirm!)

I’ve been an original user since AD started and have used the APP to certify my purchases multiple times. The quick time frame (always less than 24 hours), sometimes within 30 minutes is AMAZING! They have asked for additional pics when required. CAN NOT FAULT AD!!

Was happy to find out the item I was iffy on was actually authentic. It took less then 24 hours which is a quick turnaround and affordable.

I have requested the authentication of a rare, vintage Coach bag. The app was very easy and straightforward to use. They have asked for additional photo via e-mail, which was very specific. Even with the additional communication the authentication was within a day, and they have also identified the exact style of the bag. I 100% recommend their services!

I submitted photos of my Goyard Grenelle Passport Holder which I purchased in person at Goyard Store in Paris. Authentic Detective concluded it is fake without any details explaining why. It's so ridiculous that I just lost my word. They shouldn't be operating if they don't have skills to distinguish what's real and what's fake. If anyone from Authentic Detective is reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself!
