Authentic Watch Co レビュー

This was my first vintage watch and I had questions. The team at Authentic Watch Co. were very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. When the watch came in, it was beautiful and I'm happy I trusted them. I plan to purchase again.

Excellent service from Liam and a beautiful watch. Hope to do business with Authentic Watch Co. again soon.

So happy with my husbands watch, he was really pleased!! Spent a long time looking at a lot of vintage watches, thanks again Andrew for your great service!

Exceptional service, communication and timepiece. Liam was fantastic, cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

As a first time watch buyer I was understandably nervous. The friendly, professional and informative service provided by Liam soon put me at ease. A pleasure to deal with and have already recommended to my peers.

Really pleased with the watch, thanks to Liam and the wider team.

Liam is the consummate professional with the human touch. From the minute I contacted him he was quick to reply and courteous. A watch I had been watching had gone but the level of attention I received promoted me to continue my search for my watch with him. I was buying a watch to remind me of my brother and father with a set amount of inheritance. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and in the quest to try a watch I’d seen he found me one that had been returned. It is exactly what I have been looking for. My 3 year search was over. His attention to detail and customer care from start to finish was exemplary. He has the rare gift of professionalism with a feeling of friendliness that allows you to fully explore what you are really after and he really does listen. Thank you Liam.

Liam had excellent customer service and communication and was really supportive in arranging transaction, processing and delivery.

On arrival watch extremely well presented and of excellent condition.

Could not be happier with the purchase!!

After looking for exactly what I wanted for 2 or 3 years, I have just bought a 1968 Omega Seamaster from Authentic watch Co. and realistically I couldn't have been happier with either the watch or the service.
Liam was extremely helpful and professional without being overly formal.
The watch is at least as good as described and runs perfectly.

Brilliant service and fantastic communication. Liam was very helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough. My first experience in buying a vintage watch which will not be my last.

Excellent service, due to lockdown everything was done via WhatsApp. Really quick replies all questions answered in detail and videos/photos etc supplied and when I got the watch it looked even better than expected!

No issues, slick service ordered online notification came through and couple of days later watch delivered. Watch exactly as described. I would recommend these guys.

Communication excellent!
I asked loads of questions and had a few requests and nothing was to much hassle, Liam was great to deal with, very professional and not pushy at all.

Easy to contact Liam, and the Omega watch was delivered promptly. A very nice watch. Very pleased.

Decided to look for a watch for a treat for myself and found a 1969 Omega Constellation. Contacted Liam and his knowledge and advice is second to none. Very helpful, sourcing an additional original Omega bracelet for me too, nothing was too much trouble. Rapid delivery with communication all the way. I would definitely recommend buying from Authentic watch company. Simply brilliant, I'm so happy

I wanted a piece of OMEGA history to crown my wrist and boy am I over the moon with my new timepiece. From the pristine dial, to the rare and slick beads of rice bracelet, it was the perfect watch. But I think what wins the 5 stars above all else is the customer service.

Liam was quickly responsive, didn't have to wait any longer than 5 minutes for a quick and insightful response. Even when I asked for a video of the watch, to ensure it's legitimacy, I got the video back the same day.

Above all else, the watch came in a gorgeous original OMEGA box, with a 1 year warranty & a promise of a reduced service if I took it to them. Along with a certificate of authenticity, next day delivery and the fact I feel like a billion bucks with this on my wrist, I honestly can't be happier

If I were a little richer, they'd have me as weekly customer. If YOU want a vintage OMEGA, these guys will no doubt sell you the example, you'll fall in love with.

Thank you guys! Until next time!

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, the customer service was helpful and professional, i’d highly recommend purchasing from them. Delivery was also excellent and fast. Cant wait to enjoy my new watch.

Very impressed with Authentic watch co. My partner absolutely loved his 1964 Seamaster DeVille Omega gift and I was really happy with everything about the watch and the service. It was a big purchase and there were so many options available online - I called Liam and he was very reassuring and everything he assured would happen did and on time. Beautiful watch, packaging, flawless service- highly recommend and thank you Liam and team.

Received this beautiful watch yesterday after purchasing from Liam who was extremely helpful. The advert said it would be boxed but I certainly did not expect such a fabulous quality box. 5* all round for item and quality of service which was super speedy....I am sure I will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Really pleased with this company, purchased this as a present for my Husband. Arrived quickly and looks stunning! Spoke to someone over the phone prior to an order as i was a little worried spending a large amount on a watch... overall a very satisfied customer and a Husband that's over the moon!!

It would be impossible to improve on the purchase experience I had with the Authentic Watch Co. They responded to my questions quickly and clearly and very positively. I requested alternative options for a strap. I received not just one option, but two. I selected my preferred option. The watch arrived with that strap fitted, and the second option included in the package. All free of charge, with information about how to change the strap. I had a couple of post-sales questions as well, and these were responded to with the same level of attentiveness and genuine desire to help. All in all, I had what you might call good old fashioned customer service, of the highest calibre. The watch is everything I hoped it would be, and it has been given extra positive connotations because the purchase experience exceeded my most optimistic expectations. I highly recommend this dealer.
